not an actual UHaul station. No knowledge of mechanics or anything beyond taking your money and a photograph. Just a grocery store. equipment needed maintenance ie. lubrication of applicable parts.

Kent E.The truck had just been returned so there was no time to clean it, I have no issues with this location the gentleman was very professional. I do have major issues with the online reservation process because the system allowed me to make a 24/7 Truck Share reservation in Forrest City AR but they didn't have a truck nor that option available. Had I not called two days prior I would not have a truck for my move. Customer service changed my reservation to the W Helena location, she was not very professional. She was supposed to credit me for mileage between the two locations, I don't see this on my receipt. I finished my move on Sunday and could've returned the truck a day early but was unaware of the afterhours check in process. So, whereas you have some wonderful people working at the facilities your customer service dept could use some work. U-Haul added to a very stressful weekend for me.
