This place was extremely unprofessional and I will never rent a vehicle from here ever again. Each time I went to this place there was not a single person on site, I rang the buzzer countless times and waited over 30 minutes just to try and return the truck and ended up having to use my phone, it was utterly ridiculous. This is not the right place for Uhaul to rent their vehicles, it's a hole in the wall pallet company which is unorganized and unprofessional to say the least.
The place is a bit disorganized. There appears to no access around the front of the location, you have walk around the back. The printer was not working, they did not provide a paper copy of the receipt. When I returned the trailer, they did not check it back in, someone from Uhaul then called me asking me about when I planned on returning the truck, then she told me I was going to be charged for not checking the truck in. I didn't rent a truck, I rented a trailer, her approach was not professional and neither was I.
Almost is almost imposable to find. Business looks as if it is the 1940s
I requested to have a walk through,,to check all items that were preordered were inside the truck,,the person in charge said all is â€œgood since you paid for insurance â€œ ,,we did a walk through on anyway,,however,,unable to open the back since there was only 4 inches against the closed garage,,drove the truck to location and there was no DOLLEY as ordered.. Very disappointed,,
Your rep was hurried, lacked courtesy but was knowledgeable. The location was shady!
Truck was filled to 1/4 tankâ€” I had to return it at 1/4 tank. I returned it at 3/8 tank, since hitting a 1/4 tank accurately is impossible. I was not given a fuel credit for overfilling. I remember when you rented a truck, tank was full and you returned it full. Now, I rent truck, have to get gas first thing, then I overfill it when I bring it back and not get compensated. Crappy policyâ€” just a lazy way to scam an extra buck out of your customer.
Pues en lo personal nunca volveria a ese lugar. Prefiero ir mas lejos a recojer un camion. Y no es la compania de uhaul. Es el servicio de ese lugar
Person was not friendly. He was rude and not clear
The mobile confirmation process was frustrating and cumbersome. I couldn't get the driver's license updated and kept getting error messages on the website.

Similar to picking up my rental, when I dropped off the truck, the business was closed and I did not interact with anyone in person. This time, however, it WAS an official U-Haul establishment, which made it even weirder. I simple took pictures of everything (as prompted by the app) and submitted them to the app. This was the first time that through the whole process, from picking up the rental to dropping it off, I did not interact with a single person. It wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't a great one either. The dolly I had reserved was not there when I picked up the truck and there was no one to work with to find a replacement or work towards a positive outcome. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone gave me more miles and an extra day to offset the dolly, which was nice, but what I needed was the dolly. Nothing can replace the human factor and personal experience.
Very ghetto area and unmarked. Noone was in front office to turnnit in during operating hours
No one at the office. It's a shared location with the pallet yard behind the office. Waited 10-15 for someone to answer the door. Had to walk in the pallet yard to find someone to help me. The pallet yard associates don't know anything about the uhaul business. They had to call Hugo the owner to help them help me. They didn't print me out a receipt not did they break down my final cost. Hugo gave instructions to give me $6.00 in change when it's actually $6.15. I had to walk in there office find me a calculator to in order that I could make sure I was reciving the right change. They Didn't have exact change so was only given $6.00. Promised a receipt by email but never received it.
Not good customer service at all.
Said open 24 hours - it had an after hours drop box, which worked out fine, but would have been nice to know it wasn't actually staffed 24 hours.

No one was at the facility. According to the people next door people are always showing up and not able to P/U their rental equipment. The U-Haul people don't show up till noon. The truck wasn't loaded with what we ordered. Called U-Haul to get the owner to call the people next door to give me the key, Only could find 5 blankets (mostly dirty and covered in sawdust from the business in back and had to search for a dolly) When we arrived there were cops looking for the U-Haul person. Also, it is a small office shared by 3 other businesses - none of them were able to help me. My Suggestion... Get Rid Of This Bozo
It was a late night drop off. Parking lot was dark & scary. :)
Have better communication with the customer and don't late the customer waiting for over 45 min after reservation had already been made
My appointment to pick up the rental truck was at 7 AM. Sadly, the Rep wasn't there at the scheduled appointment time and didn't show up until almost 7:30 AM! This threw my whole schedule off by 30 mins., making me late for my own party by almost an hour. Was not a happy customer!
They were very accommodating and pleasant. So my only advice is keep up the great work.
My reservation was for 7am they showed up at 8am person in charge was new had no idea how to do it she was coached over the phone waste of time for us
Everything, this was by far the worst experience I've ever had and I've used uhal 3 times in the past and have never had an issue until i visited this location. Buzzed for about 15min with no service! Staff was not on site, had random construction worker filling in for them. Had to do everything over the phone and had a random guy give me a key with no truck inspection or anything! Truck was dirty with chicken bones in cubby. Did not receive receipt or contract the day the person told me they would email it to me. No one was on site again for drop off like he said he would be except for random construction guy whom I had to give the key too. It was already enough that I had a complete bad experience but then I was overcharged !!!!!!! So disappointed in uhal for letting this location and workers still stand!!!!!
First of all, I had made an online reservation the evening before to pick up the truck in the morning. When I got there, there was nobody around and the rental office was closed and locked. I saw associates at Interchange Pallets in the back lots working so I figured someone had just stepped out for a moment or was working in the back. So I rang the bell for service and to the door comes a very short tempered worker who spoke little English, and proceeded to tell me that nobody from the front office was there that day to help me with U-haul. I explained that I had a reservation so there had to be some sort of mistake. He proceeds to call who I'm assuming is the owner of the business ( quite visibly in an ill-tempered fashion) and begins to yell at the man over the phone, swearing left and right. He hands me the phone for the owner to explain to me that he is going to instruct his associate on which truck key to give me and goes over my information one more time over the phone. He says he will send me a final invoice in the morning and to just drop the key in the night box when I'm done. Ok, fair enough. So I go along with it. I hand the phone back to the associate and more cursing and bad attitude ensues. He is clearly pissed off that he has to help me. So the associate begrudgingly goes to get my appliance dolly, and hands me the key to the truck, no words spoken at all, and shuts the door in my face. Ok, still whatever, I have what I need. Well of course the truck that matches the key given to me is blocked, so I again have to ring the bell and ask that he help clear my path. He rudely asked me to move my car (which of course I was going to do) and proceeds to angrily move the trailer that obstructed the rental trucks path. Again as soon as he did so he stormed back inside and slammed the door. I was ready to forget the whole thing right then and there, but I really needed this truck. I was appalled at the level of unprofessional behavior not only by the Interchange Pallet Solutions associate, but the owner as well for not being there to complete the contract. I didn't sign a single piece of paper, I was simply handed a key and dismissed. It's a good thing I pre-cheked in online. I have never experienced this level of rudeness and disorganization from a U-haul rental facility and I will certainly NEVER return here, or EVER recommend this establishment to anyone for anything at all. Quite honestly the worst experience I've ever had renting a truck. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your rental truck needs.
