When we reserved the truck, they put in our land line as the contact point and spelled my wifes email address wrong. They did not ask her to spell it. We could not log on to the site as they were trying to send a code to a land line. We went back to the dealer and they changed the phone number to my cell so we could receive the text. When we tried to do the mobile check in the next morning at 7am, the system wanted to send a code to the email address. since it was spelled wrong, we could not get it. I called into the Uhaul customer service center and they were unable to change it. They told me we had to wait until the place opened which put us way behind schedule with our trip

Uhaul called and said that I was picking up my truck before they opened and they walked me through the 24 hour checkin process on your phone. I got there early like they told me to and nothing was set up so I couldn’t get a truck. I had to wait until they opened. He guy seemed irritated that I was standing at he door waiting when he got there. It was bot a great experience!

I set up a 24 hour appointment, scheduled to pick up at 8am. I received a confirmation email with reservation number. I did the express check in as was recommended to make things run more smoothly. I arrived 15 minutes before in order to complete the online process, but it told me there was no truck reserved under this reservation. I called the 24 hour phone number that was listed. I left a voicemail, but the gentleman never called back. I had to wait until the location opened in order to rent a truck. I would never recommend to anyone to use the 24 hour pick up service.

It's a quick lube place and hard to tell from the signage that they also do Uhaul. The trucks are parked at the business next door.

This sounds good -- but did not work for me and was a pain. I was unable to check in via the on-line part. Calling Uhaul also was ineffective and I was told it was a computer error and to try back later. Still unable after several more tries. When I arrived to pick up vehicle, I could not get past step 2 to get vehicle, so I just took it! Pain in the butt. Thank God the guy there where I returned it was professional and understanding and made the transaction go swiftly. He was the only redeeming thing about the experience.

Slow service. Printer never works. Had them email me documents and I had to print them. Not the only time this has happened to me at this location. Uhaul I.T. Dept should help them out. Staff seamed frustrated with it. Staff was friendly.

I was very upset when I received a phone call telling me I had to get a locksmith to open the truck that I had dropped off early. I was told that I was suppose to have left the truck open. After 15 hours of moving I am suppose to remember that I am to leave the keys in an open truck. I reread my contract and read all the little stickers on the dashboard but there was no directions if I was suppose to leave the truck locked or unlocked. With all the recent car breakins I faired on the save side and locked the truck, but that decision of wanting to keep a UHAUL truck safe cost me $50 because the company does not have a spare key. I find this hard to believe and very poor customer service on UHAULs end. I want to know if you leave the truck open and the truck is stolen then who is responsible for the truck? No one could answer my question yesterday. I am now going to make sure my story is told that your suppose to leave your UHAUL truck open over night with no one watching otherwise you have to get a locksmith over to open the truck because UHAUL does not keep spare keys. Ridiculous!!!
