It's a quick lube place and hard to tell from the signage that they also do Uhaul. The trucks are parked at the business next door.

This sounds good -- but did not work for me and was a pain. I was unable to check in via the on-line part. Calling Uhaul also was ineffective and I was told it was a computer error and to try back later. Still unable after several more tries. When I arrived to pick up vehicle, I could not get past step 2 to get vehicle, so I just took it! Pain in the butt. Thank God the guy there where I returned it was professional and understanding and made the transaction go swiftly. He was the only redeeming thing about the experience.

Slow service. Printer never works. Had them email me documents and I had to print them. Not the only time this has happened to me at this location. Uhaul I.T. Dept should help them out. Staff seamed frustrated with it. Staff was friendly.

I was very upset when I received a phone call telling me I had to get a locksmith to open the truck that I had dropped off early. I was told that I was suppose to have left the truck open. After 15 hours of moving I am suppose to remember that I am to leave the keys in an open truck. I reread my contract and read all the little stickers on the dashboard but there was no directions if I was suppose to leave the truck locked or unlocked. With all the recent car breakins I faired on the save side and locked the truck, but that decision of wanting to keep a UHAUL truck safe cost me $50 because the company does not have a spare key. I find this hard to believe and very poor customer service on UHAULs end. I want to know if you leave the truck open and the truck is stolen then who is responsible for the truck? No one could answer my question yesterday. I am now going to make sure my story is told that your suppose to leave your UHAUL truck open over night with no one watching otherwise you have to get a locksmith over to open the truck because UHAUL does not keep spare keys. Ridiculous!!!

Tried to use the app to get teh truck, and when i went to check the truck out it said i had no truck assigned to me, but when i went inside they had it there in the system. very poor performance on the app side.

Your personnel allowed the trailer hick on the van to be installed upside down. Putting the trailer hitch too close to the ground causing a very unsafe situation allowing the trailer to bottom out, hitting the road. Had to take the receiver off the vehicle, turn the angled receiver so the offset was up and reinstall the ball. After this was completed the trailer pulled excellent. At times it was not noticeable that it was even behind the vehicle.

Waiting area was freezing cold, and I had to wait an hour and 40 minutes in this location because your computer systems were so messed up, that it kept mis-charging me for fees. The poor service guy (Ray) was so frustrated, he finally had to call his district manager to get things charged correctly. The trailer pulled great. The rear door is in such poor condition, I had to wrestle with it to open it. Frustrating, but I got my job done... and my grandson has his bed back after several years traveling with his parents in the Marine Corps.
