The parking lot was a muddy mess. Y Your online site is very very slow and cumbersome. It asked for the same information I had already filled out. It took me over 30 minutes to find the rig as it was backed into a corner and close to the fence and there was no front license plate, so that was a challenge as I had to walk around all of the vehicles to see where mine was.

I miss in-person run locations! My 90 minute experience to obtain my truck via UHaul app would have been reduced to minutes if I could have worked with an a person. There is no substitute for the human connection!
Kimberly KThe check engine light was on for the following: #1 Change oil soon and #2 - TPMS - Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors. I don't know how long they have been on but I just thought I would bring it to your attention. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience!

David BThe application pick up process is the biggest headache I have ever experienced. Many of the steps including photo id verification and personal references should have the option to be done ahead of time, not at the location. This process took nearly 30 minutes and the app crashed multiple times. As a place that markets to moving families, this unexpected wait and mountain of hoops to jump through was about the worst thing done to a customer. In addition to my experience, another person trying to rent a truck was there and couldn't even find the lockbox she needed for her truck. I didn't go look with her, so maybe it was an oversight, but still a stressful experience for another person just trying to navigate transitions. As a heads up, I had no idea this place was an app only pick up. I only found out when I proactively reached out to the business as their open hours did not line up with my reservation time. It was then I discovered, through a voicemail, that there were no personnel on site. Several more calls later, I finally got a helpful uhaul person who informed me that there was a mistake in my reservation, where I was not marked down for mobile pick up even though that's the only option at this location. Thank goodness I called around and figured this out ahead of time, otherwise my time would have been ever more wasted than it was with this process.
