They were too busy to help disconnect the trailer and asked me to do it myself. I had never done this before. I did my best and still have not received a final bill or proof of returning this morning at 0915
Jason M.This location was fine, however, it was not the reserved location. When we arrived at the first location, we were unable to get our reserved vehicle and had to change locations. This resulted in delay a with our move and increased costs due to the extra mileage. When I called to report the issue, they moved the location but reserved it for 11pm instead of am which created additional delays when we had to call again to fix the problem. Very frustrating experience.
Amy F.Very happy with availability and vehichle transport (trailor) worked very well ! Vehichle hauled was a 2000 jeep wrangler tj ,,, perfect fit , hauled nice.
STEVE S.Truck was dirty, Check Engine light was on entire time, effectiing power and adversely affecting fuel mileage. Nice staff but Uhaul equipment was in very poor condition. I feel this is more of a corporate issue then a location issue. We will be seeking future rentals from a company who takes care of their fleet.
