Make sure your customers are aware of the singing in the web site. So they are not changed two extra days. When returning the truck. Didn’t tell me I would be charged if I didn’t I wasn’t able to log in it wouldn’t say my location.

YOU CAN OBTAIN THE ACCURATE EMAIL ADDRESS. I SENT EMAIL BEFORE TELLING YOU THAT YOU HAD WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS. I AM TELLING YOU AGAIN, contact your client the old fashioned way and Correct the email address for him. My next step is the better business bureau.

My overall experience was poor. I drove 40 minutes to pick up equipment for it not to be there. Then was told to drive back 40 minutes to pick up the equipment 4 miles from my house. The auto transport lights did not work and I could not get them fixed because the transport was not registered to me yet. Uhaul caused a lot of undue stress that was not necessary.

They were closed and using the mobile app in the extreme heat was time consuming. The vehicle wasn't staged - it was behind locked gates. Called the number finally provided for help - no answer from that number. Finally a U-haul rep from Port St.Lucie called and was helpful. This place was horrible.

This location did not specify the correct way to return the truck. So for a 24 he rental with approximately 40 miles on it. I was charged $187 because I thought I had to call when I returned the truck after hours. There was never an answer or recording so when they came back to work on Tuesday they charged me for 2 days only then telling me I needed to check in online. All they told us was we could check in on our phone. There were no other instructions inside the packet of the correct way to check in. I've call 3 times and my wife called once and they still won't return the call. Stay far away from this place. I've us3d uhaul before and never had any problems. This place could care less about customer service. They just want as much money out of you as possible

I was not allowed to have the vehicle for 24 hours because I did not have a smart phone and there was no one in the office on Sunday to return the vehicle to so I would have to rent the vehicle for 48 hours to have it for 24 hours, because they would not accept a Sunday return. I could not get the Vehicle until 10:00am and I would have to have it back before 5:00pm. I was able to rent the vehicle for about 5 hours before I ran out of time to complete another trip. The worst Uhaul I have ever used and I have been using Uhaul since 1970.

I waited 30 minutes to just get customer service to assist me in a problem getting the key. The system wasn’t working and they tried to blame it on me using safari. The customer service at the sight had me wait another 20 minutes. I had movers at the house not working while I was delayed a full hour by terrible customer service.

Representative was rude to a customer before me. He apologized to me for that behavior, I didn’t want him to help me but he was the only rep.He was very nice to me so overall my experience was ok. Trying to reach someone On the 800# was a horror. We spent hours on the phone just trying to return the truck??
