They had to redo everything I already did online it ended up taking 15-20 minutes and ended up missing my pickup, my truck was also boxed in (by the other U-Haul trucks) and I had to drive it through a narrow gap and through the neighbouring property, they even asked me to put it back after parking it beside the building.. they wouldn’t even show me to the truck as it was just one girl working the register.. the U-Haul service at this location is completely an after thought and proper service is almost impossible with a gas station attendant who is already doing SOO much
