I made the reservation on the app for 8:30am, and when I went to pick up the truck, I discovered that U-Haul had changed the pickup time to 4:30pm and that they had changed the pickup location. When I arrived at the other location at 4:30am, they said that the previous customer had not returned the truck and that if I wanted it, I would have to get a smaller truck from another location that is even further from my house. In short, I had to pay 5 more hours for the helpers, and I had to spend more on transportation because with a smaller truck I had to go twice to pick up things.
