Was told the gas level was at 1/4 tank but in fact it was right above E. Put $15 in the tank and drove it about 15 miles total. Returned the truck with over 1/4 tank. Returned it at night so didn't say anything about it. I did take a picture of the gas level and mileage when I got the truck though but had already drove it the quarter mile to new house so again didn't say anything about it. Just need to check actual fuel levels before renting.

We arrived a few minutes early on a Sunday morning, but the gentleman let us in and processed our vehicle in short order ahead of an approaching storm. He was personable and helpful and obviously experienced at handling U-Haul rentals. Overall, it's what I would expect from a well-run Midwestern business.

First, Becky (contacted me regarding my rental) was AWESOME. She was so helpful and did a great job making sure I was taken care of throughout the process. I think she deserves a raise!! The only suggestion I would make is related to the check-in process. I reserved a box trailer which was not available. That's okay. I understand that sometimes particular pieces of equipment are not available, however if the inventory was somehow better tracked, the check-in could occur faster. I don't know what type of safety/liability issues would be introduced, but if a customer could pull up, have a authorization code/#, or scan in a QR Code, get the truck keys or trailer number, sign off on documentation (digitally), and then off they go. It would just speed up the check-in/rental process. Just a thought.

You guys need to factor in the rental fee and sales tax...my total ended up being $15 more than the quote...someone on a budget could be screwed only thinking that their total is the total that you guys quoted or you could cause someone to have overdraft fees with their bank because of the false quote

You need to have better communication. I will never be using uhaul again because of this experience. I was called by the district manager over Kansas City. He was very very belligerent over the phone and made me go back and move the truck myself AFTER I had dropped it off. And billed me $400 and hour and a half before my 6 hour rent time was up. Very unhappy with this company and will never refer you to anyone unless you get this fixed. Thank you for your time and I hope you try to fix this.

We were moved to this location from the city we live in and where we were moving the furniture. Because of the location change it cost us twice as much in gas and mileage we would not have incurred had we been able to rent in Carthage where we needed the truck. Then my phone locked up while we were returning the truck and I fear we are going to continue to be charged even tho we returned the keys and all of the check in procedures and it locked up on the final screen.

The only issue I had was I originally booked online for the Oronogo location but was told later via text that the Oronogo location was no longer in business. I was disappointed to have to go to another location in another town which added more miles and fuel then necessary. Please update your website regularly.

Love new truck esp cruise. Now if only you would upgrade to power windows. Randy @ R&S needs more training. He didn’t ask about payment and we had held on one card and planned to pay with a different card. When he automatically rang up he didn’t know how to reverse charges. We ended up having to go to a bank and get cash then go to another bank and deposit it to cover charges. He did not do a damage walk around pre check with me either. I also wish you would go back to requiring a full tank on return. Nothings more irritating than picking up a truck and having to immediately go to get gas an trying to estimate how much gas going to need fir a 96+- trip.
