I sent an email advising I received the incorrect truck of two to choice from on the premise. Spent way too much time at the location waiting for U haul to deny two of my credit cards on Saturday when there were computer issues.William H.

The fuel amount indicated on the contract was not correct. The truck had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke that triggered an asthma attack which I am still dealing with free driving the truck for about 30 minutes. I had to wear a gas mask to drive it back.Paul A.

The blankets I rented were wet and extremely dirty. They had leaves and tree branches in them. One blanket even had mud diver bees nests in them. This is the worst uhaul location I've ever been to.lisa S.

This was not my preferred location as it was 10 miles further from my house; but I was paying mileage and ended up paying more because of UHaul. I don't think I should have had to pay for the extra mileage due to this.Ruthie P.
The employee could not work the uhaul machine to get me going. It took over an hour to do everything. They explained to me about the truck needing to be cleaned before we bring it back. Which it should be. When I started loading the truck over head we had to walk in half the truck that was sticky. I actually had to mop the floor of the truck before i could put anything in it.Todd R.

This gentleman charged me almost 70+ miles. When I started driving I looked down and the mileage was 59,270. I never looked at the paper which stated 59,208. This gentleman's reply when I stated the mileage was wrong was "you should have looked at the paper." With a smile on his face and a chuckle at the end. This IS NOT OK. I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO MAKE SURE NOONE I KNOW SHOPS OR DOES BUSINESS AT THE QUINCY MINI MART. I will never use U-Haul again unless this is given attention!MATHEW ALAN B.

There was only one attendant and he made me wait about 40 minutes as he had at least a dozen customers paying for gas, buying cigarettes, buying lottery or cooked meals. He never apologized for making me wait so long. Meanwhile his wife was somewhere in the back instead of coming to help the customers.elizabeth T.

We also got lucky with the drop off point. Once again, the gentleman was extremely kind, considerate, and very helpful. I would highly recommend either of these two places. However, I would absolutely not recommend calling u-haul directly due to the nature of the unpleasant woman on the phone.HOLLYANN D.
