The truck has a serious transmission problem, it down shifts and whines horrible whether empty or loaded. Rides like a log wagon.

Robert M.It should be explained when you book it that the pickup location has no one on-site and you do everything on your phone. While the truck was clean, it was not well maintained. The rear duel tires on both side of the truck were bald. I'm glad we made it back safely before the tire went flat and had to be replaced by roadside assistance! Otherwise it was okay and I will recommend!
james H.Wasted a hour trying to use my phone to get the rental. Customer service not very helpful telling me to go inside when there is not when there a place to go. Then I had to review and double check all the damage on the vehicle with every dent, ding or scratch since nobody was there to check it besides me. Which again cost me time.
