I had reserved a uhaul at the Grandville location in Milwaukee for Saturday , they called me the same day and told me that the pick up would be at the location on Tower st. 815am got to tower st., no truck available. So now had to to 11 extra dollars in miles to change location to Capital dr.. They were fast with their check out. Great service. But Uhaul should refund me the difference in miles for saying that there was a truck available when no truck were. It delayed my move and was an inconvience. What was the purpose of reserving?

So, I selected to drop off the vehicle at a location that was literally a couple of miles from where we unloaded. NOPE, someone from u-haul called the day before and said we needed to take it to this (Wauwatosa) address instead - no explanation, not a nice person at all and very curt over the phone. This required us to make a 40 minute drive - ridiculous! When we got there, the person checking us in wanted to charge us an excess mileage cost too!!! when I asked him why I needed to bring it out there, he had no idea, as that location is the same as the one THAT WAS 2 MILES AWAY FROM US!!!!! So, make me take it way out of the way and then try to charge me to do it!!!! What kind of operation are you running!?!!?!? NEVER AGAIN!!! Hey u-haul - try customer service!! And I will love telling this story to others.

Everything was ready and clean when I came to pick it up. Employees were professional and very polite. As I drove in for my drop off the employee even came out to meet me and check the truck back in. What a pleasant, convenient process!

I do not feel that I received the best price for the equipment. I was under pressure to move and did not shop around. I also rented a vehicle transport and the lights were not plugged in and I almost got a ticket when pulled over.

It was a but confusing coming there for the first time. Some many signs and painted lines it was a little unclear where to go/park. It didn't help that the Harley Davidson signs were more prominent than UHaul signs. If Harley is still there the signs should be equally visible when first coming in.

It would be nice if everything was explained to you before renting like mileage cost and not just van rental cost, it would also help if writing was in big print instead of fine print.

The location was chance to the villard location ,which was fine how ever the Rep was great (Demetrius) when I got their the order had been cancelled not to his knowing? Not good culmination on the UHaul Rep?I was sent to 114 and Capital Uhaul.?

Trailer was dirty. Took 20 mins to clean out all dirt. Someone must've transported plants or something. Was smudged in floor.

Several errors. 1st after me getting there 20 minutes before closing the rep who took my order didn't l know how to complete the order at the end so another rep had to create the order again and cash me out, then I get to the equipment and this same rap bring me for an enclosed trailer when I specifically told him I was picking up a refrigerator the rep told me I could put my refrigerator in this trailer it would fit just like I cashed it. I am for him you never Larry frigerator on its side or down not to mention any scratches that it would have received. This mail cost me to have to go back into the office which is now already closed and get another trailer not to mention I've requested a utility dolly and was charged for one find arriving to my location to get my item which was my refrigerator I had no utility darling because the original rep left it on the ground. I called the after hours number to advise a representative I don't have a dollar they tell me that they would note the account and apparently there was still a miscommunication because the very next morning I was still charged for the darling until I call the office to explain the incident the night before and the rep who answer the phone act like she was doing me a favor to not charge me. When in fact I had explained and called the night before so this was a horrible experience from the beginning up to the time I discovered we had no Dolly which was 10 to 15 minutes after we get to my location and my sons had to move a refrigerator with little assistance. A horrible horrible experience.
