Our truck was not waiting for us at this location. A phone call would have been appreciated. Please coordinate your pickups. Had to sweep out the truck we got.

This location is terrible. We arrived at 9am to pick up our truck and no one was there. We called and they said we have to do it online through self check-in. I tried and it did not work because we did not choose self check-in to begin with. So no one was there to give us the keys to the truck and Saul who I taked to on the phone was very rude. He essentially blamed me for not doing it properly. Not to mention, apparently the store did not open until 10am, but online and through booking it said 9am. It set our move back an hour and we were moving out of town. I was not impressed with the customer service or dealing with all of the online stuff. We were never told that it was mandatory to do it online, and if that is the expectation, then that should be the only option to choose when you do the online reservation. The actual person that we dealt with in the store when someone showed up was very helpful and he got us on our way quickly. He did not apologize for the mix up and I did not think that was okay. I was furious by the time I left.

I had truck and moving helpers booked for 9am was sent all over and finially got my truck at 2:30. But lost my helpers due to waiting so long for the truck. It was 1:30am before it was all done loading. We had to unload the next morning with no helpers. We have small children and I missed taking my kids trick or treating because of this mess up. Not happy at all with this company.

Trailer worked perfectly and the customer service provided by the store owner was very friendly, professional and helpful. Please note that the license plate on the trailer may be expired! The sticker on the license plate says 5-17, does this mean it expired in May?

Issues with on line sign in,despite setting everything up before hand. I asked the person in the store at Tokyo How did error happen stating problem with equipment. They stated glitch on their end when booked, not all check boxes applied in their system. It took 45 minutes to fix the issues. The van was great and worked well .

The U-Haul representative at Toko Servicecentre was polite, friendly, and thorough in explaining how to operate the small truck rented for my move. The vehicle return process was easy and I appreciated receiving the final receipt for the payment by email given I needed to drop off the vehicle after Toko Servicecentre was closed for the day. This was my first time renting a truck for a move and it was a great experience. I would definitely rent from this U-Haul location again. :)

Used self check in, took longer than checking in at counter. Doors automatically locked with keys in. Had to call for service, took over an hour. Operator said that it happens often. Over charged over $40. ( I was charged for my free kilometers) Still have not received a refund, it's has been 2 weeks. I would like someone to contact me 519-501-0824
