The passenger seat belt (female) end was not accessible. Was stuck under the seat. Did check in on line and still had to go over everything when we got there to pick up the truck.

drivers door would not unlock with the key - final cost more than $18.00 above 'estimate' - mileage was under what was estimated - rip off to a nonprofit!!!! Employees working at that time were unable to make any decisions on changing the price so i will have to go all the way back over on Monday - not happy!!!!!

It was very cold upon return and I had parked the truck in the wrong place.....so the young man went and brought it to where it needed to be while I stayed warm inside. VERY pleasant and easy process!!

I have used the Waterloo location many times and this was the WORST. In the parking lot I was told there would be no extra charges for mileage. By the time I got inside they had already billed my credit card extra charges! I tried to return two wardrobe boxes and they had to make 3 phones calls and could never figure out how to do it. So. they can find out how to charge you fast enough but they can't figure out how to credit you. I was exhausted and was frustrated with their lack of knowledge. I walked out without my credit after waiting 30 minutes to try and find someone that would help. Your welcome for the free boxes!

I thought it was great as is. My vehicle was ready, and was just what I needed. It worked great. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was fast and easy to return. The only problem I had was with the online booking. When I was sent the verification code it did not work, and I asked for another--still didn't work. So I had to call the store, which was fine, but it defeated the convenience of booking online. Thanks!

One headlight seemed to be pointing at the ground. Bright spot on the ground in front of the truck at night when the headlights were on. No obvious problem looking at the truck in the daytime. So didn't notice till on the road the first night. The other headlight was plenty bright so was able to keep going. I told this to the drop off location.

My day started I Bettendorf where I was told there was a auto transport to rent but when I got there the only one they had was broker. I only live about 3 minutes down the road. So the young man got on the computer and reserved one in Davenport, 20 minutes we was at the Davenport location we were told there they didn't have one even though we just had a reservation made for one from the Bettendorf location. The man working at the Davenport location called the cedar falls location and after along almost ridicules conversation we were quoted almost twice the price. So I hinge up with her and we got on the phone and called almost every uhaul between Davenport and Waterloo, finally we got one in Waterloo but upon returning it to Bettendorf we were charged again over twice the price we were quoted even though when ordering the auto tranport we made it so very clear that we would drop it off in Bettendorf, they still wanted to charge more. The whole experience was very frustrating and there is no communication between the stores.

Have ice cleared from windshield prior to my arrival to pick up. Replace gas cap retaining cable (severed). Lights badly need adjusting (both high and low beams)

I was not prepared to rent a utility trailer. (All my fault) I was upset and frustrated with the situation (all my fault). The guy that initially helped me was extremely condisending and not helpful. He was insulting. He told me that he never has issues with customers. He said I needed to be more prepared to rent a trailer. I was frustrated when my light hookup didn’t work and he accused me of knowing that it didn’t work and said I was trying to hide the fact. (I just bought the truck and had no idea the light hook up was broken. I was upset and he threatened to not let me rent the trailer. ERIC JACOBSON took over for him. ERIC was extremely helpful and when I told him my situation he was extremely understanding. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my lights working so I could complete my task. I will only be returning if I can deal with ERIC. I did not get the rude employees name. He was about 6’2” skinny with medium length blond hair. He wore glasses. He spent most of his time vaping (artificial smoking) behind the counter.
