When we got the truck home i had to sweep before we could load because there was broken glass and lightbulbs all over. The driver side door had something sticky the the lower compartment that was gross. There was a hole in the roof of the truck that we patched woth metal tape because it started to rain.

I can see the benefit of having blankets and hand carts available for those who need them but having them installed in the truck and charging for them if you "cut the straps" creates a problem. We needed the space, not the equipment so I had to call and beg the rental company not to charge us. I had already said we didn't need them so they shouldn't have been there.

Making rentals available by the hour or prorated after a twenty-four hour period would be nice. I turned it in after close on Sunday and had to pay for almost all of Monday. Other then that all was good.

When we went to pick up the truck at 6:55 they told us they were closed. (Forster Brothers is where we rented) They do not close until 7 and they knew we were coming. The next day I spoke with the rep at Uhaul (she was very nice; I think her name was Jessica) and told her what happened. She apologized and told me she would have the area rep call me. His name is Mark. And he never did call. Very poor customer service! Unfortunately, we had to rent from the same place the next day as it was the only place near us that was open until 7; otherwise I would have NEVER gone back there!! It made for two very late nights because of this situation.

I would recommend only because of the location other wise the service was very slow and the truck I rented was very dirty. I cleaned the windows which were filthy and dusted as it was also unacceptable.

We were not happy at all with the overall experience with u-haul. We reserved a truck 2 1/2 weeks before we needed it and was informed several days prior to our pick up date that the truck we " reserved" was not available. We were offered a larger truck for the same price which was way more truck than we needed and much more difficult to drive, also cost more in fuel. I'm not sure what the point of reserving a truck? They also changed our pick-up location from one close to our home to one that is further away. I know when we need a moving truck in the future it will not be through u-haul

The customer service rep was very helpful and friendly. My only negative is that the uhaul area in the oil change facility is a little small and the oil change employee could have been kinder when we wandered into the garage, not knowing where the uhaul desk was. Overall it was a good experience.

There was no where to park at this location. We had to park in a restaurant next door. And it was part of an oil change place. It seemed a tad shady. The customer service was great though.

The Agent (Shamika) that took the booking at your Andersonville Rd location via phone needs more training as she doesn't understand the difference between 15' Cube van and a pickup truck....among other things. She's very slow & doesn't listen to what you're trying to order. I've delt with her three times now and been frustrated every time. I checked in online Aug. 14 for my Aug. 15 rental to find she had me booked for the wrong day...

The only thing I was disappointed with was I was charged the Insurance on the trailer which I did not want. Its only $8.00 but it is the fact that its my choice not U hauls!

Averaged 5.5 MPG I was expecting a little better than that. Makes me wonder if truck was completely full on pick up.

Too much money. You pay the set fee + miles + other moving items u may need (have to return them too) + service fee if you don't bring the stuff back nicely & the truck is not sweeped + insurance + you have to fill up the tank to full! Like geez moving is already expensive and stressful enough. If you're a broke college student I recommend skip the uhaul and just get a couple of friends with trucks.

The pickup center was terrible. They did not have the equipment I reserved. They told me incorrect information about the return location. They were not familiar with the UHaul computer system and it took an hour to complete the transaction.
