The back roll door was very rusty and difficult to pull down to lock. Let them know it could be oiled. Otherwise, it was good for how many miles were on the truck.

I hope you move to the old K-Mart site soon so there's more room to navigate when we pull in. Otherwise very good service and a special shout out to Tramone for his EXCELLENT work and customer service! He worked tremendously hard and was so diligent and thorough and courteous and pleasant. I couldn't have asked for better service from him and give him 5 stars! U-Haul is very lucky to have him!

While the open trailer was a bit clean - should been swept - allot of grass cutting left behind. I swept to the trailer to avoid being charged - next time I will check before signing my name to the contract prior to taking the unit. Clarity for all the users. Overall, very pleased with services especially with a young man who fixed my plug in order to make sure light were working on my truck & the trailer - kudos - I am sorry did not get his name - awesome customer service. I do remember his kind smile. Was not Jake or Tyrone - another young man - he installed trailer hitch.

The inside of box was clean and in good shape. Cab of truck somewhat dirty and the steering wheel is very wore. The front end (chassis) seems to need some attention as well. This location is a very busy site. Only one person I ever see working counter. She is great, friendly, pleasant and on top of things but she could use another working the counter with her.

We were sent to a location on other side of town that had no idea about our reservation. We lost an hour trying to find out who had our reservation! Your online service is not the best.

This was the 4th location we had to drive all the way to for a reservation made a month ago. When using the sharing service, Uhaul NEEDS to contact the vendor ahead to make sure the uhaul will be prepped after it is dropped off. That was the first inconvenience. Additionally, when you try to send someone to another sharing location you need to have the vendor verify the truck is there before telling the customer “it’s there and being prepped”.... it had NOT been dropped off yet and we had to get sent to yet ANOTHER location. During the initial inconvenience, you threw 50 bucks at me and lowered the gas price whereas you could very well have listened to my concerns first and made an arrangement that would have actually improved my experience. I wanted to be able to drop off at the nearest location which was the ORIGINAL plan. The 50 bucks only covered for the 2 hours we spent driving around to locations until we actually had a truck secured to us that wouldn’t be too big to make it up our driveway. Overall, Uhaul failed to meet my expectations and concerns, let alone did not listen and rushed me on the phone. If you have to use these guys, do NOT use the sharing service as you cannot rely on customers or vendors to have it there and ready.

This was a horrible experience overall. The rsvp was messed up, it had us picking up a van in another state for a local move. Then when corrected, over the phone, the rep was friendly and helpful, but was unaware of the locations hours. Scheduled for 430pm pick up, when location closed at 130. Then rerouted to Waterford, with the promise of a50$ credit, "for our troubles". Workers at waterford were patient and helpful. They stayed over closing time to ensure we had what we needed, Commodore and Therone, were great. Credit for the 50$ was not applied at that time. Before returning the van, called customer service to verify the credit. That operator was very rude and ended up calling my husband a profanity, we were then directed to a supervisor who informed us "that's not how it works" in regard to the refund. He would review the calls and he would decide if a refund was warranted. So many service failures!! In the end, we were credited the $50. But your phone operators are unprofessional and you have lost a future customer, and I will not recommend your service to anyone.

I did not receive my dolly I was charged for. Upon arrival the staff was very pleasant and attentive, I appreciated the commitment to service. Everyone said thank you, and it really made for a “smooth transaction”. I rated the experience average because I didn’t receive the dolly I was charged for. I did my reservations via internet and I think that was the lapse in communication that caused the miss.
