Get another supervisor who clearly does not know how to engage in proper and respectful communication and one who will also not add an additional charges to a final bill that are in the notes not to charge for especially when one of the notes are by that same supervisor not only was I charged the $14 safemove charge he charged me for three days when he put a note that I would not be charged as well as charging me for an additional day when there was also a note not to charge for me dropping off after hours, this supervisor Isaac is the most poorly trained supervisor I have ever experienced and I will never go back to this location or even recommend someone else to go there. What is the point of having notes by himself as well as others to not charge me for charges and then charge me anyways as a final bill. Worse experience ever on top of the fact that this same supervisor called me at 8am in the morning and was very rude and nasty because I kept the rental for one day later than originally expected. I spoke to a regional manager who said he would get a coaching and yet he has the audacity to add this kind of insult regarding my final charge which is like a slap in the face and the total opposite of what is in the system according to all the notes. If this location ever wants my business he's need to be replaced with someone else

Disconnect between call center and pick-up location, I was offered a rate by the call center that the pick-up location was not able to offer, should be more consistent to avoid confusion and time wasting. Grace was very nice and helpful. The manager present with Grace demonstrated visible frustration with Grace while I stood right in front of the 2 of them. Not professional. The manager did not greet me or make eye contact with me. Also not professional for a manager. If there are training issues, they should be resolved respectfully in all instances, with or without customers present and during training sessions. Lastly, I made the reservation to pick-up and drop off at the same location but was told to drop off at a different, further location, in the same city. I think my bill came to close to $400 for 24 hours, surely you should be able to accommodate my drop-off location request, particularly if you employ drivers to locate vehicles to different locations.

Need to get some good customer service associates The person who I was dealing with he is unprofessional don't know nothing about customer service he need so much training and most important who ever trained him need to go back to school and learn how to teach new associates. The reason I said this I have a confirmed appointment to pick my truck up 11am on Saturday I didn't even walk out n the door and he goes oh I don't have anything for you till Monday are you Kidding me? I am moving out of state my kid starts school on Monday and you are going to tell me oh I can't help you No I work with customer service and I know how to handle my job so I teach him you should never ever do that I had tears in my eyes because he didn't know his job so get it together and fixed this mess

Fix the issues within your early quick check in process. Other than that the help I received from the store itself was above and beyond the service received from my previous dealings with this location. I would move something every day if I had to use this location and with this customer service.

I have 2 units at this location and have rented trucks from here in the past. My most recent rental experience was the best by far. The new manager, Jennifer, was such a pleasure! She is a extremely competent, friendly and professional employee. Most employees In the past had scowls and very unapproachable. I'm feel very comfortable with her running this facility.

Uhaul on bank st. is such a rip off. We ordered a van and the paper work said the odometer was at 17136 but when we turned on van it was at 17154. The clerk said it was 60 miles from Waterbury to New britain. But we checked GPS and it says 18miles one way. Then 0n our way with our furniture a warning light went off in vehicle and it kept saying tire pressure sensor fault and I bearly had control over steering after light came on. Even better when I tried to call the office while uhaul was still on there was a system error message. Dirt bags. Corporate is going to hear about this.

The agent was and is very disrespectful, I'm a women when several men came in she talked and joked with them, forgetting that I was there. (She herself stated that we was being totally unprofessional). Then when I return she and another clerk couldn't decide who was going to help me. After waiting for more than 15 minutes, Then they said that I was short on the fuel. I took a picture of the gauge before entering building and it is exactly where they said it needed to be. They insisted that I was 3 gallons short. My picture matches exactly the mark on the rental agreement, but they said I was wrong. They charged me for one gallon. They are rude and customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I will never rent from that location again.
