Returned truck before closing. Worker told me he had to leave as he had another job and had to leave and computer was off so I had to do self check in. I tried to do self check in but the app could not pick up my location even though locator was on my phone and so I could not complete the check in process and was charged extra. Also never used the dolly but had to move it to fit the 7 foot gates I was transporting in the truck and was charged for those also. So I’m essence was charged almost 100 more than I agreed to for no fault of my own.

The return process was a nightmare. They never developed a code for me so I had sit and wait on hold for 15 minutes and nobody was able to help. Luckily someone in storage came and had a pass and was able to let me in and out.

Rear tires on the passenger side of the truck had very little tread on them, would recommend they get replaced, Iil light come on when I was returning the truck, so that needs to be check, but overall was a good experience

Bad wiring on youe reailer when hooking up. The worker said it was my wiring and had me change my pigtail. I cut myself. thfinally the worker discovered that the trailers wiring was bad. she switched trailers and everything was fine. Dont tell me my wiring is bad when it was yours. my thumb still hurts.

Latch on the trailer door was stuck. It took the attendant several minutes and some lubrication to get it open. These items need to be in working order before they are rented.

Outstanding. This was a last minute rental. With movers on the way I needed to move an item that I thought was going to fit into my car. I called at 7 AM when they first opened to get a van and had the keys in my hand 20 minutes later. Highly recommend these folks. She was detailed, covered all the boring stuff that you need to do as a business owner nowadays, and got me out the door. Nice job!

The customer service that I received at the drop off location was like comparing night to day compared to the pick up location. The drop off location was excellent and professional.

Cannot call location directly. Had to be put on hold for 10 minutes and have call redirected just to return a call that originated from rental location. I do not like the vehicle damage inspection system, why should I have to waste my time downloading and uploading pictures? Send employees out to do a quick walk around the vehicle and note any damage.

Trailer was covered in snow which was 4 days old. Chains were buried in snow along with light plug. I had no help loading the trailer on to my hitch. Trailer had no crank mechanism so I had to lift myself . If I am inot 6’3 and 275 lbs this would have never happened. Very disappointed with Uhaul and there service.

Contract indicated fuel tank was full when in fact the tank level was less than 7/8s. I refilled the tank with over 8 gallons of fuel for 33 miles of travel. Yet I was told there was no easy way to credit me the difference unless I had taken a picture of the fuel gauge when I picked up the truck. This was the last time I’ll work with this location.
