Everything at the location was fast, easy, friendly and a great experience. The only negative was with the booking. I requested a 24' truck and the location only had a 17' when I got there. I figure that was an issue with Reservations and not the location.

when you arrive and walk past the customer as your helping another inform the waiting customer what your doing and that you be taken care of shortly. Even though in took 20 minutes. during this time we were not even acknowledged. not good morning or a KMA while you waiting. I did need the trailer that day, so the fact she helped I guess was a good thing as It was clear she was doing me a favor. Oh well, try another location next time.

We where given a "guaranteed " reservation time 7am for Rochester. Received phone call 2 hours later that time and location had to be changed. We had to make another call to find another location that was available for pick up at 7 am!

April was very friendly and the location was extremely clean and well maintained. I was having an issue with the lights and ended up needing a new adapter which was in stock and competitively priced. April added that if that hadn't fixed the issue she would have contacted her husband to come back to the store as he is trained hitch and wire installer. Great customer service!

We walked in, gave our paperwork, and handed lady the keys. She went over everything very well, and was friendly. Even though she was thorough, she only took ten minutes to complete the process and was friendly!

We went to pick up our truck and it wasn't available. Apparently they were using our truck to jump another, but no one told us what was going on and when we tried to get information we're just told they'd be with us after they were done. We ended up not getting our truck until a half an hour after our pick up time. I understand needing to jump another truck wasn't planned, but we weren't told anything, and neither person working there was very friendly or helpful.

Our reason for not recommending this location to a friend was due to the customer service experience we received this morning (8/1, around 7:30a) when picking up our truck. The woman who 'helped' us was not at all friendly, did not show us the truck, let alone how to operate it, and was very rude when we asked any basic questions, primarily barking "I don't know" or "I have no clue" as all of her responses, like we should've already known the answer. For instance, we were required to choose a different drop off location than our original choice online, and when we asked if she could show us the map on the computer she said "I can't move the screen because of that cord" (the cord was by no means preventing rotation of the screen a mere two inches). She did not offer any additional information, was slow and unmotivated, and by no means embraced a positive customer service attitude. We understand someone may not be overly perky or chipper, or may be enduring hardships in their personal life, but we left thinking that we'll go anywhere else next time just to avoid her. It's a shame because the equipment was newer, clean, well-maintained, and easy to operate, and the location is convenient.

First, I was charged $25 for cleaning. I delivered the truck in better condition than I received it. The cargo area was filthy so I completely swept it out. Second, I scheduled the truck ONE FULL MONTH in advance and selected a pickup location near the location from which I was moving. Two days prior to pickup, I got a call telling me the location was moved to a place far away and in a very bad part of town. I had a guaranteed confirmation. So much for guarantees. On top of all that, I turn the truck in a day early. You'd think that would be a good thing. Instead I am hit with this absurd cleaning fee. I will be disputing this fee and possibly part of the rental fee with my credit card bank.

Signage for 24-hour return was a bit lacking. I wasn't sure what to do with the truck or where to park it. Found the drop box by door, could help if a sign indicated that in the parking area maybe? Unless I missed it, I don't know. Other than that, it was a good experience.
