-The check-in process was extremely fast and easy -Your associate doing the checking in was great: professional, kind and willing to help -The associate who gave us the truck didn't told us to check the exteriors of the van: he only told us to check fuel and mileage. I then thought about the external damages and we noticed there were several, already marked by you, and the associate told us that we were fine with all the damages marked. He should have told us this WITHOUT me asking for it. Please encourage your employees to give this specific instructions to new customers. Thanks

Great experience, but the computer system needs an upgrade. The manager and other two staff members were unable to provide timely service due to the delayed processing and transmittal of the computer systems - the wait time for loading customer information was painfully slow. Otherwise, staff was/is great, on point with service!

I suggest that you flag more prominently in the email confirmation whether there is a change from the preferred pickup location to some different one. Also explain the procedures for dropping off the truck after hours. It would be really helpful if you could open a location in NW DC.

with only 1/4 tank gas, I went to the nearest service station to add more gas. I did not know that the truck doors locked automatically, and managed to lock myself out. I waited an hour for roadside assistance to come & let me out. People should be notified that these doors lock automatically, and they should keep the keys in their hands - not in the vehicle

I didn't realize that the tires were not in the condition for the kind of wet snowy conditions. The were quite worn. I should have checked at the rental location and would have felt better about the experience had the tires been better. Everything else was very good.

There aren't instructions for 24-Hour drop off so we were a little in the dark about what to do once we got there. More instructions at the locations would be helpful. I was also overcharged for miles I did not take but that was resolved. If I had not disputed it though I would have been overcharged almost $40. That part was unacceptable.

Great experience and quick check out. Only issues were w/ equipment. No furniture pads were provided but ordered. Appliance dolly had wrong serial number which made return a bit of an issues.

Let them know where to park the truck when loading and unloading if the station loading area is crowded. Be sure them not to park on the sidewalk and show them where the sidewalk begins and ends. D.C. Traffic will issue tickets.

The service was impeccable. The truck was very uncomfortable, had poor pick up on the highway. Engine sounded and felt as uf it was slipping fears.

The service in DC was fine but the agreed upon drop off location Norwalk CT (documented in the contract) was not honored. I had to drop off the trailer in Bridgeport CT. I was also given the run around, by Norwalk, Corporate (Arizona) and DC. When trying to find where the rental could be dropped off I was hung up on, put on hold then disconnected. Customer service was horrendous. Norwalk CT was especially rude and unwilling to accept Auto Transport Trailer. The customer service and communication was extremely poor.
