I Dropped off my truck early and was told I would get an e-mail within an hour the day after my truck was due I had to call u-haul to verify that the truck was indeed accepted as returned. Uhaul had to contact them to get my contract closed it . the contact shows the wrong return dates but it is at least finally closed out.Marie B.

We returned our trailer to the location indicated on our contract. When we arrived the clerk at the convenience store asked us to back the trailer in a space that would have been to short for that length trailer. I explained that there was one adequate space for us to park but it was blocked by a pickup truck. She had the person who also worked in the store, move his truck so we could park. That took 10 minutes. And they were rude about it. The next thing she told me was she didn't have us returning our trailer there. I showed her my receipt on my phone. She then found it on her computer. Second, she would not come outside to inspect our trailer because she said it was drizzling rain and said she wouldn't be able to come out until it stopped raining. I explained that the rain may not stop and I was leaving the trailer with her. I also told her she would have to figure out checking us in. We were leaving. I informed her that I would call UHaul and let them know we returned the trailer. I also took a photo. Terrible customer service!Michael H.
I rented uhual under my name, some how it wound up in my girlfriend name. The equipment I reserved wasn't available, truck was dirty, received wrong dolly, rental process was slow, and this made return harder than it had to be.TIFFANY C.
Better customer service. When we picked up the truck it had McDonald's garage in the cab. You go to check the truck back and they tell you oh I don't do that you can just park it. They charge you for a cleaning and the truck was clean I will never use U-Haul againDwayne E.

The man who is the â€œthird partyâ€ person was extremely rude and not helpful. Wouldn't take my confirmation number to pull up the correct rental information. I had to wait for over an hour and a half to even get the uhaul because they parked it in a field and it was stuck in mud. This is after I had to wait for them to call someone else to find my information. Horrible and would never tell anyone to go here.Tabitha A.

Had truck at $29.95 a day for 2 days with 99 cents a mile. Ended up getting charged 3 different charges for $25, $103, and $195. Got the truck with 3/4 fuel and returned it a little over that. Looked up every number I could find to question and one was a non working number and the other busy for the 45 min I tried it. Do not give your card info to this store!!! Oh, and the move was from Morris to Warrior, not long distance. Still can't get in touch with anyone.Adam M.
