Even though I had full cellular bars, I had to keep restarting the app as it kept freezing up.... took many tries to pick up and drop off the truck. Also, the truck had damage which was not in the photos offered. I know that's the point of my taking photos, but I never have to worry about that at my usual rental location, and in the pouring rain yesterday, that just added to all we had to deal with...
It wasn't easy to rent a truck from your company as the app kept locking up, and there is no option for me to rent the truck and have someone else pick it up. You make it all so difficult. I would have gone with another company if that was an option, though thepeople at the local store were helpful.
They helped me with my hitch's ball mount which was proving difficult to install due to four years of non-use. I was an hour early for my reservation due to a change in my ferry schedule and there was no issue with me picking up my trailer an hour before my scheduled time, which was very helpful to me.

The app didn't work correctly. I tried to report that the van wasn't clean, but it wouldn't allow me to continue the report without uploading a photo, but wouldn't allow me to do that. It also crashed when it was supposed to be finishing. I had to go into the store and get help from the guy there. Something similar happened when I returned the van. So much for using the app only.
Service was fast and top notch.

The equipment was acceptable for moving a short distance. However, the inside of the cabin wasn't very clean. Coffee residue in the cup holders, etc. It certainly could have been cleaner. I also don't like the installation of a hand cart and a set of moving blankets permanently attached to the inside of the truck. It steals space. And if you move it, it costs $10???
I never have issues with Taylor rental. Everyone is so friendly and willing to assist. This truck was not cleaned inside. Coffee must have spilt inside the holder it was pretty messy.
The gentleman there is always professional and courteous. Service is fast.
Our pickup was supposed to be at 6 AM and the keys weren't in the drop box. The place didn't open until 8 and customer scheduling didn't open until 7. We had to wait until 8, once we got in they kept telling me we didn't have a reservation. He tried charging me another $100 to rent a truck until I asked him about a key hanging directly behind him. That key, was indeed ours. We wasted a total of over 3 hours waiting and then having to argue with the rude staff because they were too lazy to look behind them.
Truck had terrible fishy odor...had to air it out before I could even use it.... Mechanically the truck was having trouble shifting...Store service was great...but equipment needs work.
The reservation was as promised.
The truck was in pretty rough shape. It constantly stalled in reverse. The steering was extremely loose and it would miss while pulling hills. The guy at Taylor Rental said it was one of your â€œnewâ€ trucks. Somehow I doubt it.
The only thing I would mention is that the all said the truck Id was on the side of the truck but it was actually on the back. This wasn't a big issues but that was the o my issues that I had. Which wasn't a problem. Great service . Will use again
Dash lights did not work,driving at night in snow,with a non familiar vehicle was not a good time!!! Taylor rental is a great, I'm sure they didnt realize,
My only problem was with the Uhaul website. I ordered a truck (3 bedrooms) and 2 movers. Apparently only the movers went through but my actual uhaul did not. So day of move, when I went there, there wasn't a truck for me. Thank god the guys were so accommodating because I was able to take the truck and have it back before the next customer came. The movers are another subject. They were TERRIBLE!!!
Parked in a bad area where we could barely get it out and on top of it the door was broken so you could almost not get in on the drivers side.
I was told that if I had any questions regarding anything about the equipment to call the 800 number. Personally I knew all about the van but what if I had some simple questions -- call an 800 number. That to me is not real friendly customer service.
The interior of the truck could use a little cleaning. Otherwise a great experience as alwYs. Super easy in/out. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good service and took the time to educate me to be safer. He changed the ball I had, to make it more level. Very good.
