Please check the trucks mechanically before giving to customers. I was moving my mother to assisted living and had issues with the truck. Visor was broken and fell on my head while driving. Window know fell off. Then the truck would not go over 35 miles. I was NOT towing. The woman who checked me out was wonderful!!

Start was friendly and helpful and great, truck was a terrifying pile of crap. Brakes especially were super weak and made all sorts of noise they should not have.

I had to make a long trip. I was late in returning the trailer. I'm glad I wasn't over charged. However someone tried to rent this equipment when I was expected to return. I don't know how tight you should run your rental windows.

I reserved a 10 foot cube truck and was given a van,this made for a more difficult move if my furniture. The person that took my call didn't reserve the vehicle I requested. They only had a van when I arrived. I'm not happy with this kind of service.

They put our information in the system incorrectly causing us to have issues getting our deposit back from the drop off location.

Need to improve on better customer service. They charged me for Insurance and I never asked for it. Also, they did not give any options ether I found out when I was returning the rental. They would not return the money, they told me I need to come Monday and talk to the manager for refund. The person that was helping but wasn’t helpful her name was Porsha Erving.

The manager just threw away my printed copy of my confirmation in the trash bin saying that my online reservation was not valid... and he did this without asking me my permission... and he said that i had not made the correct online reservation... then one of his staff seated beside him saw my reservation online and informed him that my name and reservation is online, then the manager confirmed my reservation but i am doubting about the amount that was charged on my credit card... it looked cheaper online but more expensive when you go to the office location.
