My experience with UHAUL at 10 mile & Groesbeck was "GREAT". I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE IN NEED OF STORAGE FACILITY !!!!! They have always been there for me to help out..... I had to move because of "OVERWHELMING MEDICAL BILLS" ( 7 abnormal Cancer sites, my co- pay was over 2000.dlrs. ) this bill still isn't paid off and my right knee had to be replaced with ridiculous co-pay. increasing my MEDICAL DEBTS and for my grand finale my left knee and ankle have to be replaced yet. The entire staff starting with the Manager David Miller were truly outstanding ... "10 mile & Groesbeck UHAUL IS NO.1 and WILL ALWAYS REMAIN NO.1 in a Storage location to me"... SINCERELY, THANK YOU....God Bless You and watch over you and your staff always......

I was quoted one price and charged another. I had to travel 7 miles to get the truck which i had to pay for. Customer service was rude overall i am not satisfied and i will never use your services again

U haul is expensive till you 'll figure out they match prices.....but only after the customer has to spend much more time finding a better deal. At this rate just out of pure indignation I stuck to the other option. Get competitive and make the pricing simpler.....stop gouging people because when the customer finds out its bad for uhaul

The engine light came on. I was told it was nothing other than the gas cap. They knew about it but did not inform me. I was a little worried about it while driving. Other than that. A very polite staff.

The truck smelled very strongly of some kind of deodorant that we had the drive with winds cracked. The rear box smelled of cat urine. It was not the truck I ordered. Very dissatisfied

I reserved a trailer and furniture pads but was told when I arrived that they didn't have any pads available. The only pads they had were in the box trucks but made no attempt to fulfill my request. They did send me to another location to get pads.

The reservation rep was confusing. I am a call center rep myself, and fluent in 2 languages; this lady made zero sense in her explanations and laughed at me when I asked her “ What am I not understanding?” Pam was so very rude.

Understaffed and what was there were was incompetent. I had to go back into the store twice before I left to get thing right. I have yet to get my receipt explaining why I am being charged an additional $20. I have no voice so I am unable to call. I will stop into the store on Wednesday and see what is going on.
