Driver Cab was filthy. Cigarette ashes on seats. Bird poop on front window and drivers window. The storage area has a greasy oil all over the floor which I had to use pads to cover the floor to avoid damaging my load. The dolly was not anchored down and fell on my Furnature. The locking bracket was bent and damaged beyond use. I drove 55 miles and put 6.1 gallons in to return to same level as when I picked up. I was charged for 3 more gallons gas. I have pictures. I will never use this uhaul location again.Jack J.

It would have been nice to know that I'd be switching trucks and having to move all of my belongings from 1 truck to another in 25Â° degree snowing weather 4/1/21. Then once the ice melted off of the the truck's windshield it was cracked clear across. By the time we were done unloading & repacking I was beat exhausted & hungry so we got as far as Taylor ate, got a room & slept. The next day I drove 12 hrs straight just to get to Rosiclare,IL. 62982 unpack then take the truck back to Ky. 4/5/21 All in all it was ok but the truck at times kept jerking & the truck kept wanting at times to pull to right then there were times when the truck would want to pull to the left. Staff member whom rented trailer to me was vague and pretended to be undertrained to us but nit to others in store. Also, she was afraid to chip her nails and wanted so.eone else assist us loading trailer. Shr didn't help with checking lights, she just walked away and we had to finish tightening trailer fastener to hitch.Christopher M.

The trailer came off after leaving your store, it wasn't hooked up properly tried calling the location no answer. . When tried calling the next day long wait on hold I hang up. Had to have someone else hook it back up. When return told the person who check the trailer in. He wasn't concerned at all. This is very poor service it couldn't cause damage to my truck or someone else if the trailer would have gotten away. I can't recommend this place and I do have more than one storage at this location and I will be moving it out. No I want recommend your service. I give you a Zero on that one customer service representative. He wasn't concerned and the hook up person needs to know how to put a trailer on .Laquita J.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY VERY BAD I RENT A VAN AND IT HAD ALOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THE FRONT END SUSPENSION AFTER I DRIVE IT FOR UP TO 50MILE HALF WAY TO MY LOCAL IT REALLY STARTED ACTING CRAZY I CALL BACK TO THE HAUL PLACE AND TALK WITH A MANAGER HE PUT ME IN A NEW AND I STILL GOT CHARGED FOR ITRomell H.
