Great experience. We initially thought we'd need the truck for 1 day but it ended up being 3 days. We came back on each day for an extension so we dealt with different people. Each were pleasant and very helpful. It would be great if somehow they could be acknowledged for their work.

The after hours checkout website is extremely confusing and if you click one wrong button you will be kicked out and charged extra because of Some missing info on the non user friendly website. Also U-Haul headquarters and the uhaul store were telling us completely separate things that nearly resulted in us getting charged even more. The truck was very nice and clean and worked perfectly so that was nice.

I wouldn't recommend any more customers to this location at all, I would recommend them to Budget down the road. To start off, I reserved a 17 foot truck with pads, dolly, and 2 furniture movers. I never recieved a call saying that they didnt have any of the items that I reserved. One of the items I was moving was a very heavy old piano, hence the TWO furniture movers. We arrived to get the truck and you can tell that the gentleman who was helping us did not like his job at all. He had a bad attitude and does not have any customer service skills at all. He was not about to tell me that there was only ONE furniture mover until I asked to make sure that there was in fact two of them. Unfortunately that was not the case and for some reason no one checked on it and let me know prior to my pick up that there was only one available. I would think that there would be something in the system to keep tabs on which equipment is in the store. The gentleman that helped us did not care at all that there was only one furniture mover on hand and didnt want to try to help us find a solution to the huge inconvenience that we have faced. I noticed that there were three furniture movers leaning up against the front glass and I asked about those. He was rude about it and said that the only way that we could get those furniture movers was if we buy it. I would think that in this type of situation that the company would value the customer and try to help provide the best customer service available and offer to use one of those furniture movers and the company would definitely get its money back from renting them out to future customers. I wish that it ended at this but it did not. We went around to look at the truck to do the inspection and the gentleman that was helping us was THROWING the equipment into the back of the truck and I am sure that is not how yall want yalls equipment handled. We returned the truck the next day and guess who is helping us again, you guessed the same guy from the day before with the same attitude and much lack of customer service. This past experience was and is my last experience with this location and possibly Uhaul altogether. It has left a bad taste in my mouth and my sister needs a moving truck soon and I told her not to go to that location and that there is a Budget down the road with friendlier people.

There was no way for the staff to give me access to the facility. I was not given an access code to get in the gate. I was very dissatisfied with my experience.

Where do we start? What a self-made disaster! Thank goodness for Jennifer, the General Manager at this location. She was so patient and worked with us being wishy-washy and ridiculously not knowing what the heck we needed or required. She was fantastic with offering equipment options and was gracious when we had to return a piece of equipment we ended up not needing after she had diligently worked getting it for us the previous day. I’m telling you - we were a mess. We congratulate Uhaul on having the great sense to hire someone of her caliber. Please pass on our thank yous and our gratefulness.

When I realized the truck due back by 7:00 am Sat morn, I asked for an extension over the phone, it the lady said, "You can't keep the truck; another family has already booked it! I explained (to no avail) that I yet had a lot to be moved, it made no difference to her. Upon returning the truck on Watson Blvd,, thankfully, a young man promptly arranged for that family another and I simply paid to renew the order for it. I was offended because employees should be taught to realize the stress when moving by deadlines.
