Thankful for uhaul and their equipment. I was able to retrieve my wife and my mother in law that was stranded in Atlanta after the broke down the night before. I felt the rental rate was spot on. The young man that assisted me with check out was very knowledgeable and patient. Equipment was brand new and had no issues getting my family home. Thank you uhaul.

Make sure the equipment is clean and ready to be used. The trailer i rented was dirty inside and had used boxes still in it. It was clean when i returned it.

The first day I reserved a Uhaul and was told that the one that was requested had not returned in time that I can pick one up in Bonaire, GA. Reserved one for the following Monday returned it with the hand just a little under the mark for the gas and was charged 15.41. I will be using budget next time. All the different fees you are giving after returning the equipment is ridiculous.

The truck I reserved never showed up, I was giving the option to drive a hour away to get one, but had to settle for a small truck with trailer, in which, not all of my stuff could fit and caused multiple trips and time

Tell your sales person not tell the customers that he hates his job. I understand it gets busy but that is not something you should say to people waiting to get a truck. Also they need to get to work sooner so they can pull the trucks around instead of the customers waiting 10 minutes for the sales person to move everything. This all happened Sunday 10/1/17 about 9:10 am - 9:30 am eastern time

Staging for rentals and returns could be better. IE move trailers from front to back area. That would allow enough room for a seperate line for both with no congestion.

Saturday afternoon turn-in was unnecessarily slow because only one employee was assigned to phones, customer service, inspecting and processing turn-ins. Customers would benefit if you had at least two employees at the counter during these busy periods.
