The lady working was very nice, thorough and helpful.
Pickup changed to this store the day before pickup by U-haul corporate due to lack of equipment at location orders. Equipment was very old and they did not have the dolly that was included on order. No U-haul boxes available either. Staff at Watson boulevard was extremely helpful with boxes and dolly.
Agent at location was flexible on pickup time and very helpful. Equipment was clean and ready to go when I arrived. Rental process was smooth, and all charges were exactly as anticipated. Office was closed during my expected drop off time so the agent gave me her cell number to text when I'd dropped the truck off. Very convenient! She went out of her way to make sure that my move was just a little bit less stressful. I hope I don't have to rent another truck for some time, but I'll definitely return here if I do.
I had the following issues with my rental/truck: 1. Discovered 26 foot Truck had mold inside can. I am very allergic to mold and have been sick after being exposed to the mold! When I arrived to pick up truck I was told truck had been clean and windows were rolled down and aired out. After Loaders packed truck and we were to leave, we opened truck and could smell a very strong moldy odor. Had we known this we would have requested a different truck but at this point we had already paid loaders who loaded truck and had no one else to help unload and reload a new truck and we were due to arrive in Florida and driver to return to work the next morning. 2. I am retired from USAF and am unable to load heavy items. I had to hire a loading crew to do this for me. I was to meet the crew at 0900 and requested to pick up truck between 0800 and 0830 at the UHaul store on Watson Blvd which was close to my home and storage. Prior to picking up the truck I spoke to a customer service rep From U-Haul and she told me I needed to pick up the truck in Colmbus (100 miles away.). I told her that was impossible and she said she would notate this. I then drove to the UHaul in Watson to pick up supplies and inquired about this. They said I should be able to pick up the truck local. The day before the loaders were scheduled to arrive I was phoned by Commercial Storage and told that I would need to pick up from their location and they did not open until 9 am and that truck was not due to be returned until 11am however she would try to get truck earlier although she would have to clean truck first. The next morning I arrived and left with truck after 10 am and did not get to meet loaders at 0900, although was still responsible for paying these men at 0900. Unfortunately the loaders were very rushed and did not have enough time to load everything from my home and into my truck. I had to get outside help to come in and take items to storage until I can afford to make a second moving trip to Georgia to pick up my items and bring them to Florida. Not only was this move very costly for me but it was much more stressful than it needed to be due to UHaul not telling me up front that they could not fulfill my time and location request (I had made the reservation a week prior to pickup and was not notified until the day prior to pickup thst the reservation was not being honored.â€

Requested a location that only Specialized in uhaul biz. Didn't realize I was referred to a storage unit that rented trucks until the morning of pickup , only to be told to pickup by noon, since they only worked half days.
When a trailer is reserved to be picked up at one location don't change it the last minute.
The young lady who helped me with my rental reservation was very courteous and helpful and made my Uhaul experience a breeze!
They weren't available but I wish that they were because they are lying and trying to charge me a cleaning fee. And for gas that wasn't there when I rented it. Never return anything at this location.
Yes the warner robins location was a great experience. The manager even called me the next day to see was everything satisfactory. I really appreciate the excellent service.

Check in to get the truck went well and the agent was very helpful and made sure everything was done right and covered. It was a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this location and its' agent.
This was the third location I was directed to visit after the less than pleasant experience of not having a truck available even though I had a confirmed reservation. Props to the 800 number personnel who worked to find a truck in a timely matter. I will not frequent a Macon, GA location again as they could care less about their service or their reputations. I will deal directly with this Warner Robins location when I again need to rent a truck. They offered very good service.
The owners were very rude & obnoxious...poor customer service....never will I pick up there again.... Never
This location didn't have supplies. Located in a not so nice location.
It took me almost 2 hrs. after arriving at the pick up location before I actually got the truck. I already reserved the truck and had a contract number prior to arriving at the rental place.

Encourage dealers to have light hook up adapters in stock.
Make sure the equipment reserved is at the correct Location and at the correct time.
I reserved a trailer online and went to pick it up at 9am when the "store" opened. The people there didn't know how to do the transaction! I didn't get out of there until 9:40. When I called to arrange to return it the next morning I was informed that the office was closed and that I would be charged an extra day because it was not there. The guy really had an attitude. I only used this location because there were no other 5X8 trailers available in the area. You do what you have to do.
Terrible location. Very unsafe 4 lane road with no where to pull in. Owner wanted us to back the unit with a car hauler onto the busy highway and back it into a grass area, remove the hauler, and then back the truck next to it. When we ask him if we would be responsible for an accident he said yes, in which we told him we did not feel comfortable doing. He then began tossing keys around and grumbling. We have two more one way trips to make but will not be dropping off here ever again.
