You need to train Jose(yes the owner) how to use your online checkout process. He did not know what the "Meaningful Assurance" was. I knew what it was and tried to tell him. He refused to listen and then began to get upset. I have more details. I would appreciate a call. If I were you, I would find someone else to represent your brand in that town. I was a district manager for an automotive parts chain for 20+ years. I know service. I wouldn't want him helping my customers. Not to mention that the trailer didn't have running lights. This trailer was already alternate. I had no choice but to take it. I have a ton of family and friends all in that area. My brother who lives up there was with me. We have already began not recommending that location due to my experience. I look forward to speaking to someone.

Location was not local, it was 20 miles from our home. The dealer didn't open until 1:00 in the afternoon. That made my tow to run late into the evening. We ordered the trailer 8 days in advance, but were not advised that a trailer was even available until the day before we needed it. We were disappointed in the service from start to finish.

This was my first time using UHaul. In the past, I've used Penske and been very satisfied. They don't have cargo trailers, so I gave Uhaul a shot. It seemed convenient enough that I would likely do it again if I need to use a Uhaul trailer. Things that I noticed that are less than appealing. The trailer doesn't have a stand. I had to deadlift it off the ground to put it on the ball hitch. My wife wouldn't have been able to do this on her own. The trailer jerked throughout the whole ride both loaded and unloaded. I was thankful that I could pick it up on Saturday and on the return the gate was open so I dropped it off on Sunday. My wife did comment that most people move on the weekends, Uhaul should be open on Sundays. I don't disagree. Picking up the right trailer was an inconvenience. I was moving stuff from Yakima to Port Orchard. I tried to get the trailer size I needed in Yakima, and nothing was available. I checked Ellensburg because I would be driving through, again nothing although it allowed me to reserve one. I received a phone call shortly after from a nice lady who indicated the only trailer Uhaul had that size in the region was in Wapato (about 15 minutes drive to the south of Yakima), Because I needed that size, I went ahead with it, but it was an inconvenience. I understand that equipment moves around. I'm thankful that something was available.
