The persons at the Postal Annex were fine. The UHaul website, however, did not disclose the fact that the location closes at 6pm, has no Dropbox for the key, and allows anyone to reserve a vehicle beginning at any time of the day. So I reserved at 4:30pm, got to the location to pick up, was informed it needed to be returned by 6pm. Anyone renting a moving van knows 1-1.5 hours isn't enough time. Due to my immediate need to rent, had to take it. Was given several options to return the van and key without being charged extra. Returned the van 3.5 hours after pickup, but since there was no drop box for the key, I had to return the next day and return the key. I was charged double for the rental. How is it my financial responsibility to pay for a 4-hour in town rental when the uhaul reservation page doesn't tell you the operations hours of your pickup location?

Truck was filthy and a recent previous renter had smoked in vehicle. I will not use this location in the future.

The mirrors on both sides were not adjustable. This was a problem for me because I could not see where the end of the truck was on my right side. I managed to work through it, but it would be nice to let customers check the mirrors before renting. Also, the gas tank was unusual because it overflowed while filling, even though the tank was not full. I am not sure why this happened, but at 3 different gas stops I spilled gas on the ground because the hose would not shut off automatically.

The staff were very nice & helpful. The truck was clean & in good shape. My only complaint is that I had ordered a furniture mover on line & they do not have any.They do not even carry them. It seems that the on line should have blocked me from ordering a furniture mover since that location does not carry any. I had to buy a furniture mover instead. It was not the fault of the staff at that location- they were very helpful.

I reserved a 10' truck online weeks before, but when I got there I was given a cargo van. Not only could nobody explain why I didn't get what I reserved, but then because it was Memorial Day weekend, there were no trucks available anywhere in the area. I had to make multiple trips because all of my belongings wouldn't fit into the cargo van. I'm very unhappy with the way the website allowed me to reserve something that I then didn't actually get. I will not be using U-haul for any moves in the future.

Pickup and drop off service was fast and efficient. Truck definitely service its purpose. Day was very hot, however, and A/C in truck did not work, not even fan.

The pick-up was very dirty inside and out. Steering wheel was sticky where it appeared someone had splattered a drink. (There is a sticker on the rear window of the cab that states it is to be returned clean, or you will be charged a cleaning fee). Also, gasoline that was indicated on the paperwork is not the amount that was in the vehicle. The clerk immediately made comment that sometimes people steal gas from the vehicles. (This comment was made without even know how much it was off).

I reserved the truck online, to return at 7pm. When I got to the location, they told me they did not have a key drop, so they could not accommodate after-hours drop-off. So, I had to miss half a day of work to return the truck the next day. The truck was beat up, and there were some issues with the A/C and ventilation. Staff at Postal Annex+ was very courteous, though. None of this was their fault.

It was unclear in the reservation where to go, the place was dirty. Also I had made the reservation from 9a-9p on the www. When I arrived at the pick up I was told by the desk clerk that I could drop off the truck by 9pm but I would have to get the keys back to the store the next day. I informed the clerk that I had an appointment in the morning and could I drop them off by noon. As I dropped them off at noon, I was informed by another desk clerk that I needed to be charged an additional day due to my turning the keys in "late". When I explained to them what I was told and that I had kept my word, they basically told me that I was lying and that they would charge me the extra day anyway. Very rude and unprofessional. My 54.99 truck rental came out to a whopping $222. I will never go here again.

I asked the owner what time they closed, and thought he said 7. I returned the van at 6:30 and they were closed, with no drop off available. The following day I was told that the store closed at 6, not I made a mistake. However, I was charged an additional day, insurance, and tax, so over $30 even though I had parked the van at the store...very unhappy with the service. The store owner said he had no other option, and that he would call a UHall official.

I have a question on the prepay, I was charge for 602 miles and only drove 543 mile, i should receive a rebate on the overcharge. I would appreciate a breakdown on how the pre-paid figure of 1544.44 was derived. Such as charge per miles, drop off charge any charges that made up the above figure
