FUEL WAS NOT AT MARKED LEVEL, TOLD OWNER CHRIS, HE SAID DONT WORRY ABOUT IT! HOWEVER, STILL GOT CHARGED FUEL THE NEXT DAY! NEVER USED DOLLY AND PADS, BOTH GOT CHARGED AS WELL! HAVE TO COME BACK AND WASTED 30 MINS IN LINE! THIS IS NOT FIRST TIME, AND ALREADY MENTIONED TO THE EMPLOYEE BEFORE DRIVE OUT! BEEN TO THIS LOCATION FOR YEARS, SERVICE WAS BAD, AND POOR FACILITY, WORSE THAN THE HOOD!

Wonderful customer service. Organized. My cargo van was ready for pick up. It took just 5 minutes to be on my way and 5 minutes to check back in. A guy pulled out the van for me, checked the mileage, and the clerk helped ID any damage prior to leaving. Great experience.

Called reserved pick up truck when I arrived he no longer had a pick up truck I had to rent a U-Haul truck was quoted $98 had to spend $140.

When my wife and I returned the auto carrier, the attendant was busy with another customer and asked us whether the trailer was unhitched. We told him yes and asked for a receipt. He told us he would e-mail us the receipt. We never got the receipt, so we wouldn't be held negligent for any damages done to trailer by the next customer.

The person at the front desk tried his best to get me to return the truck to a different location so that he could over charge me. I insisted on retiring the truck to the same pick up location and he still charged me the amount of $40 as if I returned it to a different location. Tried to call but no answer, I emailed him couple of times and will wait until tomorrow then I may take this matter further- This is really unprofessional

I've rented from uhaul multiple times before, and never had a bad experience until I rented from this place. One of the employees seemed to be doing all the work, while the other was just standing there. After being told by one employee that he was able to locate my reservation, and that he would bring it to the front, the other continually told me he was unable to locate it in the system. After telling him my name, showing him my ID, and reservation confirmation email for about the 6th time, he finally decided to actually look at it, and realized he was looking for the wrong person the whole time. That wasn't even the worst part! After getting past this guy, I went outside to get my rental and the other employee just hands me the keys and takes off. They didn't do a walk thru for damages, check the fuel level, or even give me a copy of the receipt so I knew where to drop it off or the level of fuel to refill it to. I had to basically go back into my uhaul account via smartphone and find all of this on my own. Also the fuel level was at about 3/4 of a tank when I got in with the on full blast. Before I dropped it off I filled it up completely at the gas station, but the fuel gauge wouldn't go past the 3/4 mark. I tried to fill it another time just to make sure and it wouldn't take anymore gas in. However, I was ultimately charged $18 for more gas by Uhaul. Overall this was a horrible experience, and I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere next time.
