We used pick up and drop off via app because we rented on a Sunday. Although we had two different carrier ( one of them Verizon) we were not able to get a good enough reception to upload and send the required pictures. We could not finish our drop off online and spend mire than 30 min for each procedure. Because of that experience I would not rent at this location again or use online rental.

Location & service was A-1! The 26 foot vehicle on the other hand was a piece of junk! Literally, was not "full" with gas! Literally no brakes, I mean possibly 15% brake capacity tops - I stood on the brake peddle and the truck wouldnt stop! On the Express way any speed over 50mph the truck shook to a point that my body was actually sore the next day, anything over 50mph the wheels felt like they were going to shake themselves right off the truck - HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE experience with the rented vehicle! Next time, I will deny the vehicle if a representative try's to rent me unsafe junk like this again!

You're not asking the right questions. Uhaul experience was poor the locations are fine. They could be quicker but the issue seems to be many areas with IT issues everywhere and app issues that create frustration. Great ideas but poor execution. App locks and then says no internet (there is) not all programs are in the app. No one answers phone at local as all are routed to main number. Inconsistent messages from call agents, pricing out of line for in state round trip moving. Day before move of locations and costs me more due to Miles farther. Smoke smell in truck. Not sure I'll rent again.

The pickup process www really bad. The U-Haul app was terrible. It kept crashing and erroring. U-Haul rep took a long time to approve. Truck was dirty and had garbage under the seats and food in the glovebox.

You can have more than one customer service representative on hand on Saturday’s. But I’m sure you know that and aren’t able to supply the store with extra help. Due to any unforeseen circumstances or just politics. But in my delayed transaction Shawn was very pleasant and kept reassuring me I would be compensated for my wait.

But they gave me the wrong trailer which different from the contract. They should be more care full in checking the equipment and give to the customer. The result, yes can be solved but I have towaisted almost an hour just to return the equipment

The representative was alone and it was very busy due to being closed for the holiday, but she was extremely patient & helpful with everyone. Good job!! Maybe having additional staff for after the holidays would be helpful is my only tip.

The key Dropbox was in an odd spot. We wasted 40 minutes on hold with uhaul because we assumed the Dropbox was the same as the pickup and needed a code. I have zero idea why the Dropbox wouldn’t simply be placed immediately next to the pickup boxes! Also, it is extremely dark where the boxes are. No light at all and I feel like that is a mugging waiting to happen I think if someone is having issues with truck share they should be given priority when they call for help.
