Easy simple drop off.
Trucks seats were ripped up. Asked for mobile pick up because of COVID, found out they never actually do that so I had to go inside and work at the desk. Highly annoying.
Once again my rental was outstanding! Clean Truck, equipment second to none. No problems. Fast and friendly people to help and make your rental as easy as can be.
Make sure the identification information is secure! Do not post my driver's license information to someone with the same last name. Also, if soliciting a trailer to move, look at a map. I kept receiving texts regarding trailers for cash credit, which I would have been open to; however, Michigan is nowhere near West Virginia, I would have spent more on gas than the credit I received. Customer service was great at both locations!
The truck had the overhead door open and floor was covered with leaves when I picked up my rental. Please make sure these doors remained closed while at U-haul locations.
I had an appointment, the truck had an eighth of an inch of ice on the windshield. This could have been started up and road ready.
Alpine you haul is by far the best uhaul site I have ever worked with and rented from.
Staff was friendly but gave me inaccurate information when asked. This led to me receiving an additional charge. I even called a uhaul customer service rep to confirm and I was still charged extra. Communication/training seems very poor across the board and the customer pays the price. They told me I should expect a call from corporate to settle my dispute... Let's see if their word is good this time...
outside of the car was very dirty. inside was not bad. It drove great. Had a problem with the battery and called it in and they were excellent. When I came back to drop the van off explained it to the man taking the van back and he stated he would write up a maintenance work order on the battery. Everyone was wonderful and I would rent from this location again!
change the way the website tells me the rates. it was not $19.95 for the day. almost walked away when I was told that the rate was $79.00 for the day, plus mileage. When I was checking out of the website, it said I had a $31.00 bill to pay. RIPOFF, MISREPRESENTED...
We sat Ian's waited in the truck like the sign said for over 10 minutes when we went into the store there were people waiting in there that had no idea where any employee was. We went back to the truck for a bit longer and heading back in we found an employee fixing someone's car ( under the hood working on it) we still don't know how much we owe as he was too busy to tell us and told us any extra would be refunded to our card

I dropped the truck off after hours. Seemed like a nice enough place but I had to search the building to find the key drop. The drop off location is well lit and signed. Why not put a key drop right there?
If someone new or hasn't rented in awhile you should tell them the return process (have to be onsite to do this). I like that you can return online but didn't know I had to be onsite to do it... we left and had to go back.
I got to the truck and inside on the dash was scratch off lotto tickets. About 4 of them just laying across the dashboard. Other then that it was ok.
The mover I contracted thru UHaul stole some of my items. I am not sure who to contact to request a refund or try to get these items back. I am very unhappy.
We had nothing to improve on. All in all we had a great experience and will definitely use U-haul in the future.
There was only one person working inside helping many. She was working hard, but it seemed like too much for one person and everyone had to wait a long time.
The people at the desk we very helpful. The men in the back we also very nice. Even went out of their way to chat with us. Will definitely use this service again. Thank you!

Terrible experience. I reserved a 10 ft truck for early Saturday morning, a week in advance. I got to the location and there wasn't an employee in sight, no bell or anything. My husband and I said "Hello" several times. We waited 15 minutes before an employee came out of the back. We got our truck finally, 20 minutes later than expected. Right away we had problems. The oil light was on, some other light was on, dome light wouldn't shut off, driver's seatbelt kept getting stuck, and it took forever for the windows to unfog. We weren't going very far so we went with it. When we opened the back we were expecting a ramp, there wasn't one. We did what we needed, put a gallon and a half of gas in, even though we only drove 8 miles, but the tank wasn't at 3/4 when we got it. When we got back to the uhaul place there were 2 employees both helping 1 guy. We waited 10 minutes and the employee that helped us before said to just leave the key. Later that evening I realized I never received an email with a receipt. I figured I would call in the morning, I looked it up online and of course they're not open on Sunday. I was freaking out, I hardly slept. Luckily the receipt came through at 6am while I was getting ready for work. Everything was correct except for the drop off time. I returned the truck at 10 am, the receipt said 3pm. Overall it didn't effect the overall price, but still. Next time I'll try a different location.

I only use U-HAUL. You guys are the best! I love how you have automated everything and I literally can do "contactless pickup". Very efficient and the price is always the best!
