I am extremely disappointed with the customer service that I received on Sunday 12/10/17. The reason being, the pick up truck wasn’t clean. My fiancé and I took the time out to clean off the snow. No one came out to inspect the truck nor did they bother to go over the features with me. My experience was horrible and I will appreciate if management can contact me @ 202.498.6332

A bit of a fumble by U-Haul. The pick-up address when I reserved was other than Tower Self Storage. When I went to the other address, the agent said she had no truck available, and sent me to Tower Self Storage.

Asked where the key drop off box was. Employees stated that they were unsure if I could leave this truck here. I explained that I had already checked this truck out and could not or would not move it due to I was no longer renting the truck. Employees I could tell were irrated due to they wanted the truck to goto a different location. I left the keys with them. Since this was the agreed drop off location with uhaul. And went on my marry way.

The Manager Robert at the Tower Self Storage location was very unprofessional in his tone and his explanation of late fees charge to the customer, Chris N. Brown (301) 318-6776. Chris Brown didn't mind paying the late fee but Robert the Manager indicated that late charges was because Chris Brown inconvenienced another customer who also placed a reservation for a Uhaul moving van. There was a glitch in the Uhaul system which indicated Chris Brown Uhaul van was due back at 12 midnight on 18Aug2017 when his contract stated 4pm on 19Aug2017. I received several phone calls (4) asking me to return the van at 12noon on 19Aug2017, a 2nd call asking to return the van at 1pm on 19Aug2017 and again at 2:30pm. I believe the Manager Robert needs to attend some type of Manager grooming training class on how to conduct business in a professional manner with customers. Please feel free if you need any additional information. I will be filing a formal complaint against the Manager Robert after I speak with the General Manager Mary Jo Willie. Warm Regards, Chris N. My experience was not good Customer service oriented. I reserved my u haul on June 19 2017 for pick up on July 15 2017. I received a email on Thursday July 13 2017 to pick at 2245 . I had to go another location. Lost time on having the Uhaul . I was not Satisfied as Customer at all.
