We had to go 3 towns over to pick the truck up.we booked it in Woburn had to go to Wakefield. Tuck in morning traffic!!!! Iit was suppose to be ready at 7;30 am,.the place to pick it up didn't open till 8;30. they didn't show up till 9. We wasted all the time for nothing.We should have gotten some type of refund!!! We will never use Uhaul again.

I had originally reserved a truck for this location but the day before I was scheduled to move received an email saying I was picking it up in Malden which is completely not convenient for me and not the location I reserved. They were able to get the 10 foot truck in Wakefield but apparently if someone hadn't dropped if off from New Hampshire or something I wouldn't have had it at that location. I was surprised I was not guaranteed the truck I reserved in the location I reserved and even more surprised no one from uhaul offered to make sure the truck I reserved was in the Wakefield location. It all turned out fine in the end but did cause me some unnecessary panic.

YOur software would not allow the person at this location to finalize my reservation for a cargo van ( there were two available). He tried numerous times, including canceling and redoing my reservation. He got your support on the line and they couldn't do it either. They finally sent me a link to do it on my smartphone. I got as far as the screen asking me to take a picture of myself, and it wouldn't take a picture. After an hour, I left and made reservation for the next day. Same thing happened, but I was able to rent a small truck. Victor at your location was very apologetic for the problems. He treated me very well.

Your web site and app are horrible. When renting, web site continually gave wrong answers. (E.g., vendor DID have the equipment, but only with self-serve. Instead, the site would freeze.) Self-serve is pathetic. The app did not recognized (by GPS) that I was on site for 10 minutes. Then it crashed twice. When if came back, I had to start over. Really? Never again. Luckily the was an attendant. Will never trust self-serve again. The excellent rting is for the people at Costas, not your useless software.

Victor was extremely helpful and professional and explained everything perfectly. We must have had a hundred questions for him and he answered each one with patience and intelligence. I would absolutely go back if/when necessary and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for this type of service.
