IDA YI had a terrible experience renting a U-Haul here. From the moment we walked in, the place reeked like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes--completely unprofessional and unpleasant. After a long, exhausting day following a 12-hour overnight shift, I just wanted a quick and straightforward answer from the front desk lady. Instead, I was met with sarcasm and attitude. She even mocked me by calling me "sleepy" after I explained my situation and refused to acknowledge her mistake, even when I showed her proof on my phone. After giving us the keys and sending us off, she called 30 minutes later insisting she gave us the wrong truck, demanding we unload everything and return it immediately. This was *her* mistake, yet she placed the blame on us. When we returned the truck, she was rude, rolled her eyes, and snatched the keys from my hand. This move was already stresstul, but the customer service and environment here made it the worst part of the whole process. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
