No one was even at the store during business hours. The place on the door where there should have been a phone number to call were blacked out. When I googled the business number and called it, no one answered and no one EVER returned my call. I waited 30 minutes on a call to Corporate U HAul to get some help. Was transferred three times and actually took longer to hassle with you guys that it took to get the job done - for which I needed the trailer. Very sorry experience. The rep was not in the office when I arrived. claimed they did not have my reservation. I had to wait outside in the rain and call Uhaul HQ to find the location rep which she took her time to come to the office to help me, and others that arrived after I did. I was initially re-routed to this location because the location I picked and reserved the equipment did not have it. it put be behind an hour to start moving.DWAYNE H.

Uhaul truck was disgusting and filthy. Napkins, straws and cigarette wrappers in the cab. The cargo area was filled with dirt, leaves, hangars and debris. Cant believe this vehicle was cleared to be rented. No discount offered to me on my rental despite me spending 45 mins cleaning it before I put my family's contents inside it.JOSHUA M.
I rented from a location closer to my home. I received an email that my location to pick up a truck was changed. I picked up the truck 11 miles from my home and had to drive back to load it. Apparently I was given 42 miles to get from my home to the next town to turn in the truck. I guess that was to leave my load in the truck because when I turned in the vehicle, I was charged for going over the mileage. This is poor service. I will not use UHaul again. Better read the fine print.William P.

This ended up costing me way more than it said. I was in a hurry due to the rain and just accepted the mileage it out in for me thinking's it knew what it was saying m, yet when we arrived back to drop it back off it would NOT accept the mileage it was showing and I ended up having to put in a different mileage so we could actually drop it off and go home (in which home was 30 min away) and when I finished everything it said I went 202 miles when I only went 40 max!!!! ?? not sure how or why, there was nothing that gave me to fix the issue, so I had to just pay something that was clearly wrong.David J.

You should put the storage space as the size on the advertisements. I reserved what was advertised as a 10x12 trailer, only to find out the storage space was only 5x10. People are not renting the total dimensions of the truck or trailer, they are reserving the usable dimensions. Surely, this isn't news to you. Also the new rule of me having to take a picture of my drivers license has got to e one of the most absurd things I have ever heard of and I have employment history in rental vehicles. If you don't trust the intelligence or integrity of your employees enough to trust they see the renter's drivers license then you are doing something wrong. When I showed up to pick up my trailer for my 0800 reservation, there was nobody there. When I called the number on the door for manager on call at 0810( I gave a grace period before calling) the male that answered the phone acted like I was stupid because I was calling him instead of the location because they were open. When I explained to him nobody was there, he sort of changed his attitude. I seriously doubt I will use ANY Uhaul location again. You seriously have issues running your company..shannon B.

Gas was near empty. Truck was 2 quarts of oil short. Leaked oil on my driveway. The owner said the truck was dropped off in bad shape and it was the only 26' truck around. The owner did go over to the gas station next door and got two quarts of oil. That was nice. I guess there wasn't too much more he could do as the truck was dumped on him in bad shape.dale G.
