on your website before booking it states this location is open from 8am -9pm EDT on Sunday. The store was not opened until 9:30 and when I mentioned to the store owner he states that you all know that and require to do mobile app. I also tried the mobile app and it was very slow and not operating properly. I called in several times but it delayed my time by at least 2 hrs.

Rebecca H.The truck I received leaked water from the top when it rained. I had several boxes that were soaked. The driver side door was broken into at some point before I received the truck and you had to slam it to get it closed.
