Have better customer service at rental locations. I was charged extra day because location management location I picked up and dropped off from did not want to check my equipment back in.

Convenient store who had to wait on other customers even though I was the first person in there couldn't print out my contract printer wouldn't work couldn't log on with her laptop spent one hour picking up truck
They charge me for a second day because my Van was turned in 2 hours late no fault of my own it was stuck in the mud and I was waiting for you guys to find me a service provider to get it on stock I communicated that with you guys the whole day and upon dropping off the vehicle I was still charge for a second day
I was told to hook up the trailer by myself. They did not assist at all. I ask for assistance and was told they couldn't, but after I hooked it up, to drive by so they could take a picture

This entire trip was terrible. I was rescheduled from my first, confirmed location, to a building/business that didn't have any trucks. Then, i was sent to a third location the day of my trip and they didn't have the equipment i was told on the phone and had to go to a larger, more expensive vehicle. On top of that, when i arrived at the third location were a reservation was made not 10 min earlier, they were shut down until 2 hours later in the afternoon. If i thought for one second i would receive any sort of refund for this circus i would probably feel better about the experience. Unlikely to use UHaul for any future moves, the confidence in a smooth process is no longer there.
I didn't need it. So I decided to take it back and I couldn't get none of my money back.
The Uhaul was poorly maintained and the driver rear view bottom mirror was broke, I informed employee, but she said I need to download an app and take a picture, I shouldnt have to do all that. Plus my dolly wasnt with it I had to drive 4 miles out the way to go get it. She didnt even know it wasnt there. She wasnt the friendliest person either.
I came in to the Marithon Food Mart, at closing time, needing to rent an auto transport for a last minute trip. This location went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed (he even fed me home cooked bar-b-que). I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
They were friendly and helpful! Just get Walker at the Peppercase location in Southaven, Ms to to be more friendly and helpful and rain never hurt anyone but sales!
Showed up to location I was supposed to be at, called customer support and they had assigned me to the wrong truck and there wasn't even anything at the location that I could use so I had to drive 20 minutes out of the way to get the truck I didn't want with no discount. Only free miles to get over to the new place. Between being on the phone, waiting and all the extra driving, it took me an extra 2 hours.
We did not drop it off here, we dropped it off at Liberty Shell, the same place we picked it up at. There was nothing done, just turned in the keys and he told us to go. The man didn't look at the truck, check mileage, fuel or anything. He didn't even leave the shop!
Have someone to help with the pick up. A woman was at the counter.
Quick and easy dropoff. However it was very far from my house.
Make the check up n process faster and easier for the customer. The clerk that was helping me had to run her gas station as well as draw up the contract for the U-Haul rental. Process took 30 minutes and i was the only u haul customer there at the time. Giving the circumstance, she did the best she could with what she had.
Allow customers better time frame for pick-up of a rental. Don't wait until the last minute. Try to have equipment available at the customer request.
Since this was a convenience store location, an extra person at the register would have been nice, considering that we had to wait each time a store customer came in for a purchase. When you're moving every minute counts!
The employee was rude was not willing to help just said I don't know I don't know. I called U-Haul and they said you can drop it here when we finally turned around to try to drop it for the second time. He was not willing to help, and just sat on his computer for 10 mins before he even spoke , I asked him if he saw it in his system he said I don't know. I said I'm on the phone with U-Haul who is telling me I can drop it , it's in your system. I said we are just trying to drop this trailer
Have the clerk no exactly how to reserve and book.
My truck was dirty people mail was still in vehicle,the worker wasn't knowledgeable no one came to the vehicle to inspect it
Be much more clear when changing from the preferred pickup location. Have the preferred pickup location call the customer and say this is the preferred pickup location, we don't have the truck size you requested but we do have a different size or we can help you find one close by. Our pickup location was so far away, it completely used up our alotted mileage and cost a lot of extra time. We also reserved an appliance dolly that wasn't at the pickup location and we were not notified until pickup. We reserved a one way for two days and were charged accordingly- thankfully we saved screenshots because they tried charging us again and having us return it early. They couldn't access the receipt to show we paid for both days up front but the lady we dropped the UHaul was very nice and helped us out.
The store employee told is we could return the truck anywhere so we took it to mail central near us. Afterwards we get a call saying we had to return it to where we got it or be charged $200.. You need to make sure your employees are trained properly. The customer shouldnt be held responsible for the employees mistakes. Bad cistomer service
