Jewel A.Pick up a trailer and tire was flat and had a hole in it the guy at the store told me to go get it fix my self and he couldn't do noting about it was really disrespectful and told me to go to the other store and let them fix it and they couldn't fix it I spent a hole day trying to get it fix then I had had to wait on the side of the road for roadside assistance for hours me and my family and was late to my Where I need to go
Dwayne B.The computer system wouldn't close out our contract. After waiting we finally took a screen shot of the computer screen & out cash on his desk. He said he would send me confirmation on my phone & I still have not received it 24+ hours later.
Jennifer W.On Wednesday, I called the number listed for pick-up of the reservation. Raphael told me I had called the wrong number and that he couldn't help me or confirm my reservation time for pick-up had been changed. I had to call back less than 10 minutes later to confirm again. And he said he would take care of it. He was very impersonable, rude, and lacked any ability to provide assistance over the phone. When the trailer was picked up but the tires were all low. Maintenance was not performed. Very disappointed.
