The representative was unbelievable! He questioned whether I was at the right location! ? His printer didn't work so I couldn't even sign for anything. When I went to return the truck, he insulted my husband, not acceptable. He didn't believe there was damage to the bumper on pick up. Don't go to this location, not customer service oriented.

It was great to be able to get gas at the same location to drop off. The other reviews have a point that there isn't a dedicated u-haul staff there so if you want a quick drop off- this isn't your location. We did have to wait when gas station customers required help but it wasn't bad. They are very careful with checking in the truck even with paying for the extra coverage. My husband had to push brakes for employee to check lights. I half expected him to check the oil! Again- easy to find and get gas but check in is longer.

When we reserved the Uhaul we picked the large Uhaul location on Andresen. I do not like how Uhaul decides to change the pick up or drop off location. Why give us an option and then change it? When it was picked up, it only had 1/2 tank of gas? We didn't notice until we were home with it. Not great service at this location.

So unfortunately i can't give this location a very good review as it went down hill from the moment i walked through the door, the clerk looked up at me and said "man i have to pee, is that ok?" i said "sure bud whatever you need to do", mind you there was no one in the store when i walked in, so why would he wait until i walked in to relieve himself? Then the person who was "trying" to help me must not have been trained very thoroughly as i stood at the counter watching fumble through all of the online paperwork, He couldn't figure out how to swipe my card for roughly 15-20minutes, before i leaned over and told him click the receive payment button, that was even after he tried to manually the it in. He also assured me that i needed to call the next day to make sure the morning shift knew i had brought the van back, as they "don't ever check the key drop". That statement immediately made me realize i had picked the wrong location to rent your van from. My trip was roughly 26 miles, 1 way, for a total trip of 52 miles. I received your email with my "statement" attached and to know surprise i was way overcharged for miles -330- its all screwed up! First of all i was unaware that you have 100 miles to use for the daily rate, as that was not explained to me. I was told its .29 cents a mile no matter what. Secondly, the individuals charged me for 330 miles!? I'm not sure where they picked that number from, but clearly thats way inflated. Just so you know, I rented the van at 4:37pm sunday the 9th(per the contract) it states it was returned at 8:45pm the same night(per the contract emailed to me). In order to accomplish the trip alone with no stopping at all i would have to travel roughly 85mph the entire time, which we all know is physically impossible unless the vans now come with wings? So ad stopping to load a bed frame and take it to the house and unload it and to return the van, then refuel it to the same level i picked it up with all within 4 hours, id say id have to be moving at roughly 110+/-mph consistently. This Van mall location needs desperate training or retraining on how to use your internet based systems, they also need to be able to understand the fundamental values of rate x distance and be able to understand that a trip of that nature is physically impossible. feel free to contact me with any questions: 360-984-4342 Ps. my total should be roughly $79.00.
