Guy I dealt w at counter was nice but the lady earlier was a little short w us. We tried to explain our email said 10am but she said not open till 10:30. I sat for half hour then told truck had NO fuel. No kidding ! Was afraid wouldn’t get to gas station which was another waste of time. Wasn’t sure how much gas needed so put 10 gal which was over $30 and I took it back over quarter tank so didn’t use $10 worth or so. No way to recoup my $20? They better not charge me for not sweeping out the box cause was dirty when picked up! Other than that, it was fine??

Van was dirty from prior customer... but it ran great. There isn't very clear/visible instructions or drop off signs at this location....but we figured it out.

Lack-of-signage makes the exit situation very unclear, especially for newcomers to the facility (as I was). First thing you may do (as I did) is get into a big unfamiliar vehicle, unpark, trundle your way a hundred yards down a corridor between storage units — only to discover a tight cul-de-sac at the end, where you thought an exit would be. Because there's no room to turn around, you then drive your big unfamiliar vehicle a hundred yards back *in reverse*, delicately spin around in front of the office, and leave the other way. I noticed arrows painted on the pavement as I was leaving; these are not visible as you're backing your vehicle out of the allotted parking area, and if for any reason you were merely dropped off out in front of the U-Haul office — which I'm pretty sure has been my *universal* experience *whenever* renting a U-Haul truck to, y'know, *drive myself away* in — you wouldn't have spent a single second of your life paying any attention to the arrows painted on the roads inside the gate. You walked in, filled out some forms, got the keys, and climbed into the truck; you fix the mirrors, throw it in reverse, and drive. The facility does not expect this behavior — they expect people to be 1) regulars, who've 2) *driven* through the gate — so you're on your own as a U-Haul customer, in my experience. What'd be great is a big 'ol sign on the wall, right in front of the noses of the vans, that simply says "ONE WAY EXIT -->." Other than this confusion, everything else was great. Lovely employees.

I just check my bank account and I saw that you guys charged me TWO times. One time $172.05 and other time $76.81. I didn't autorize the second value. When We signed the contract was ONLY 172.05. Nobody told us that would debit something more. Please I would like to ask for cancel the amount ($76.81). This is not right. The contract number is 20651843 and my phone number is 619-496-0004.

I have been a loyal U-Haul customer for many years. Must say this is by far the BEST experience I have had yet. From Chris calling me before to make sure the new location and time worked for me. To Jacob and Pam being total ROCK STARS in Customer service! Last few times it was in and it with no smiles or friendliness. This time was the opposite. Not over charge your customers. My quote was for $29 and I got charged $57. Not ok
