I left the vehicle clean. On my bill I saw a $35.00 cleaning fee that was not disclosed to me prior. This unexpected charge seems excessive as I left the vehicle cleaner than I found it. Unsatisfied how this was not clear upfront before the transaction.

The crank on the front leg WAS BROKEN!!!! It only worked about 20% of the time. It was very frustrating and time consuming to try to lower and especially raise it. I've never complained before about any of my trailer rentals. I've lost count of how many times I've rented a trailer from Uhaul, but this time was a true disappointment! I want a REFUND!!! Had absolutely nothing that I ordered in advance. no dollies, furniture pads, or ball hitch mount. luckily I was able to buy the mount at a nearby hardware store. Also, they told me they had the trailer at 9am, I drove 1.5hours to the location (each way), but the trailer wasn't there when I got there. I had to drive back at 6pm, which is 10 hours late from when I reserved. Awful.
They were patient with us there was an accident and it got us late arriving and they called just to make sure we are on our way! Excellent service.
Clean the pick up. The windows inside and out were so dirty I cleaned them to see. The truck smelled of smoke so I febreezed it. Two broken rear light cases and the location didn't even acknowledge it. The agent said the location was so bad that I couldn't park the truck there at night. When I was dropping the truck off I was approached by a couple wanting the keys to my truck and they asked a second rental customer for their keys. They were trying to steal the rental. The f course both of us dropped the keys in the box but it was scary. Luv'd the truck, luv your app, but I'll use a different location.
Horrible insurance agency you work with. I want to charge me for damage. I bought insurance. I will hire an attorney if I have to.
These gentlemen were closing up as I pulled in and took my truck anyway did my check in with a smile and were super helpful I was very grateful after a hard day moving! thanks!!
I flew from San Diego to move my dead grandmothers belongings out of her house. I reserved two four wheeled dollys and they did not have them. We had to move a piano and several other very heavy items. We could not get the job done because of U Haul. The employee was very rude, unsympathetic, and unwilling to offer any solutions. The truck was dirty, interior and exterior, and they said it would be cleaned and disinfected prior to pick up due to the COVID19 pandemic. All windows were dirty, inside and out. The Air Conditioner cut out when you accelerated. Very uncomfortable driving through the San Joaquin Valley during the summer with intermittent AC.
Guy was very professional and concerned about our problems on the road.
I had to travel almost 100 miles just to pick up the car hauler.
I normally pay $14 for insurance but at this place he told me the cheapest insurance was for 28$ why is that

Employees were very friendly And very professional.
owner was not on site when reservation was set, had to call and have him come down to get the rental. did not have all the proper equipment, did not properly inspect the trailer before sending it out. causing a huge delay on the job we had planned.

My reservation called for pick up in Oakland no truck availability when I arrived they sent me to Concord no truck when I arrived. They sent me to Vallejo where I finally got a truck. Terrible service what Gogo is a reservation
When reserving, I should have been told that 20' trucks were not available in Berkeley. When reserving, I should have been told that pickup location did not have moving blankets. Workers did not wear protective face masks!
