For starters, I reserved my u-haul. Went to pick it up at this location after being told that they didn't have the size I needed but would accommodate me with a 27' truck but I would pay the same price. I agreed! Got there and what should have been an easy process because I have rented from them before was long and slow. My information should have been in the system already. I was mixed up with another Robinson in the system. THEN after showing identification and paying for my truck. I was told to wait outside and he would meet me with the keys. Well almost 30 mins of waiting outside in the hot sun. The gentleman who told me to wait comes outside with another customer who was standing/serviced behind me. Walks him over to a 27' inch truck and hands him the keys. I get out of my vehicle and he asks me can he help me???? I told him I'm waiting on a truck that looks just like the one he allowed the other person to leave with (it was only one on the lot) he asked to see my ticket and then told me it had just gave away my truck. He proceeds to get in his vehicle and â€˜try' to flag him down. It didn't happen. He comes back, apologized and told me that he would have to speak with his manager and they will call around town to see if they can have one delivered to that location for me. I agreed, extremely upset But understanding because I was on a time schedule. They called me back almost a hr later to pick up the truck that did not include the dolly I had ordered in the truck so I had to drive BACK to the location to pick it up. I just got a bill for $4.34 for the gas because it was not on the 1/2 mark when the truck wasn't on the 1/2 when re received it and to be actually charged, no matter how small the cost, after all I endured and the mistakes they made on their part?? Yea I will more than likely go else where to rent a uhaul if ever needed again.
Upgrade the trucks. The truck i drove the driver side door was hard to close. The side mirror was cracked. Customer service when the vehicle was returned sucked.
I had a mobile pickup scheduled for 7:30 AM and a house move starting at 8:00. When I arrived, I completed the check-in procedure and there was no key in the lock box. I called the U-Haul help number and opened the other boxes. Still no key. I was told to hold. After the hold, I was instructed to check the back of the U-Haul for a key. Not only was there no key, but there wasn't the dolly I reserved either. I was then instructed to check the log book behind the seat in an the unlocked U-Haul. There was a key - which seems extremely unsafe and irresponsible to me. I was finally able to start my move. About four or so hours later, I received a call from Dollar USA asking for my truck number. I gave it to them and was then asked if I had the key to the truck because the key was still in their closet. If the truck wasn't in their parking lot and I was able to give the truck number, how else would I have gotten it off the property? After I explained what happened, the caller then said, "Alright. Good. So everything's ok?" after I explained my difficult morning. I returned the truck and was met by the employee that called me earlier. There was no apology or explanation for the morning's situation. I was thoroughly displeased. Thankfully they have an awful policy of leaving a key in an unlocked vehicle or I wouldn't have been able to complete my move.
I completed the mobile check in. Once I got to the location they had changed the vehicle I had chosen when I reserved the reservation, so to correct it, I was ask to come inside. I had elected prior (during my initial reservation) no insurance, that I would immediately reimburse U-Haul if anything accused. However I was charged for the insurance, which I didn't know until after the fact.
My pick up time was 7 am. Once I arrived at the Uhaul pick up spot I waited till 7 and followed the directions to enter my truck and leave. In doing so I was having trouble retrieving the truck for some odd reason. Therefore I called the local manager and Uhaul customer service to assist me but they wasted a whole hour. I was very upset with the service. At the end I had to travel to another Uhaul spot to retrieve a truck. I was very unsatisfied with the overall experience.

The truck had standing water inside of it.
THIS LOCATION IS ALWAYS READY TO HELP THE CUSTOMER. THE EQUIPMENT IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND SANITIZED .

Ben was very friendly and easy to do business with. Wish we could have had a military discount for an in town move. I spent more on mileage than the truck and it was only 7 miles each way (with multiple trips).
Email the night before if pickup location is changed. Not told until I arrived at original location. Big negative when every minute is important when moving.
My experience was horrible. I now have 2 charges on my credit card because I was charged the wrong price after the guy changed and deleted my first reservation. I now have to spend additional time trying to get my refund. Drop off location was great.
Very good personal service. Professional and polite.
Clean vehicle. The staff was not experienced after online booking and check in it took 45 minutes at the pick up location

BEN DOES A GREAT JOB.
I was not told by an individual that I am to check the truck in upon return via the website after their hours or I would receive a $20 fee. I received a text that I did not notice until 1pm, as I was exhausted from moving furniture all day, hence the reason for the u-haul. Also, not everyone checks texts. I do not use my texting often at all.
A lot of rudeness here! Not friendly and I strongly won't recommend this place
The owner was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the excellent service he provided.
