I recently used this location for a 15' truck with a ramp to move some heavy plants. I put on a total of 11.5 miles on the truck and upon return after less than two hours I was charged $72!!! This place is a ripoff. They charged me 3 GALLONS of fuel for 11 miles!! Unbelievable!!. This is the last time I use this location.

Drove right up, gave a yard greeter my contract, he asked a few questions, had the vehicle checked in in about 5 mins and I was out of there!

I called U-Haul to set a dolly pick-up at a U-Haul Store nearby, when I got there, they told me that there was no reservation made. Good thing the store had the dolly I needed. This wasn't the U-Haul Store's fault.

During our walk around of the vehicle we noted that the fuel level was less than a quarter indicated on the card. We informed the rep of this and made an annotation on the card. She asked us if we would return the vehicle at one-quarter level and we would be reimbursed for the charges. We did as she asked, but she was not there when we returned the vehicle. The rep said we could not be reimbursed for the additional fuel purchased. We showed her our gas receipt and ask how is it that we could use 3 gallons worth of gas when we had only driven a total of 7 miles. She said she was sorry but there was no way that credit us the amount. I said somebody better figure it out. After some discussion, she finally agreed to give us a $5 credit. This is less that the price of the additional gas. this is no way to run a business and a treat customers. Somebody needs to train their employees better. PS The credit was listed as "Customer Service/Goodwill. I don't know where the customer service or goodwill was, when is something we were entitled to, and we did not receive the $$ it cost us. Also, not thought about at the time we checked the truck out. but the Rep has us make our annotations on the "hard copy," not the top copy which she had us sign before our walk-around. Something didn't seem right, but that's what we get for "trusting" the person who was supposed to be helping us. Be wary before you use this location. It's not worth the grief if you can have your needs met at a different location.

I went in hoping to rent a pick-up. I didn't have a reservation and really didnt expect for them to accommodate me on a short notice. They did. And I was able to do what I needed to do. Thanks again to the ladies at this location.

Have your online reservations actually link to the rental place. I reserved on line for local pickup and still had to go through everything I filled out on line and do it again at the pickup location.

Worse experience ever. Untrained lazy employees. I rented a 26ft van, dollies, spent hundreds on boxes and tape. And no one there could do a basic task of a return refund on their computer. Too busy having their friends stop by and vaping to provide any customer service. Never again.
