I rented a appliance dolly and had to lubricate the wheels. Maybe check dollies and equipment for issues prior to renting them to people. Luckily I was able to fix it.

Nothing really your staff was wonderful, they let me know about all upfront cost, recommend if I needed any other equipment or blankets. There checking in and out went very quickly. You folks are definitely the best way to go when you move.

There was difficulty upon check-in due to computer issues that I was told were in Phoenix and out of local control.The only additional charge from check-in time was for extra 5 miles. It was agreed that the final receipt would be emailed to me once the computer came back up and I did receive it later.
Equipment failed multiple times during 2000k trek. Ridiculously overpriced. Never again. At $550 for a tow dolly, that thing should have been in tip-top shape!
I had problems using the app to return the truck. I had to call customer service which took time. Other than that my experience was good. thanks.
Made our moving experience so much better, very accommodating with the rental truck and storage unit facility. The truck we had ran great, just could use some adjustments to the ramp in the back; it was difficult to close as it kept binding up. We were able to manage with some force, but someone else might have a hard time getting it fully sheathed and latched. Customer service and everything else 10/10!
Prompt, courteous and helpful staff. Equipment is clean and works well. Every equipment rental and storage rental at this location has gone well.
Customer service was above excellent. The gentleman who helped with picking it up and the lady who helped when I dropped it off.
Customer service was rude and unhelpful. The lines were long. The sign in took about 20 minutes. I had it set up to pick my vehicle up in the morning and had prepaid, and they called me threatening to give my vehicle away if I wasn't there in the next 30 minutes - this was 2 hours before I was set to pick up my vehicle. I was really bummed out to have such a bad experience, won't use them again.
The young lady who assisted was incredible. So kind. So knowledgeable. She knew was she was doing... unlike my pick up experience.
Employees are friendly and helpful. Good job there. The contactless option is anything but that. The process allowed me to check in with my phone but directed me inside to get the key afterwards. 4 people had arrived and in line waiting to be helped so I had to wait. The process was drawn out and annoying. If I knew I had to go inside for the key I would've just did that in the beginning. Going inside to make contact with an employee completely defeats the contactless option.

Truck was not ready, padlock was locked I had to return to uhaul for them to unlock it. No credit or reimbursement for time or miles
Waited too long at the checkin counter.
The truck said it was three-quarters full but it wasn't also I returned the truck back at the agreed time and they still tried to charge me for another day and another days worth of insurance and also a cleaning fee when I cleaned out the back of the truck during a rainstorm I would like to dispute these claims and refused to pay the Chargers and asked you to clear my balance I also was accused of running a toll or something of that sort in the truck which is also not true I am a valued customer of U-Haul and I have been for years whatever misunderstanding has happened it's just that a misunderstanding and I would like you to clear my balance and clear my name's thank you very much Theodoric Dixon 831-291-0454
The pick up location did not notify me that the trailer was not water proof. All my items inside the trailer were damaged on the way to CA due to rain. Questioned the return location regarding whether the trailer was water proof or not and they don't have an answer. Without upfront disclosure, who is responsible for my damaged items inside the trailer?
