I fortunately had the tools with me to adjust towing chains and tie down safety chains. Keep this in mind. I also brought extra tie downs. Went very smoothly other than that.

Robert K.Returned the truck to the location texted to me by U-Haul. Was told upon arrival that the location was wrong (and 3+ hours away). Was told to call U-Haul to correct. Called U-Haul and was told that the department was closed until the morning but that notes had been added to the account to explain the issues until I could call back the next morning. Called back the next morning and made the change. Was still charged for an extra day of coverage and rental. The vehicle was returned 15 hours before it was due. Still waiting on a response from U-Haul. Overall terrible experience from booking to returning and wouldn't recommend U-Haul to anyone.
