The location was as clean and inviting as a warehouse and truck rental location is likely to be. Certainly not a fun hangout spot, but the employee was friendly. It was 10 minutes before closing and he was busy with something else, but greeted me right away and offered that I could leave and he'd check it in first thing in the morning. I decided to go ahead and try the online truck return process. When he finished what he was doing he saw that I was still there and offered to finish the process for me. He was friendly and fast, and verified that I had a ride home before returning to his other work.

The 2 reps at this location was helpful and patient. They tried really hard to make sure my account was corrected due to an error from the original office and being new to the process. Having patience is key.

I have no problems with to location, they were lovely and helpful. But I have a BIG problem with Uhaul.com which allowed me to pay for trailer that WAS NOT WHERE THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. And forced me to add almost 2 hours to an already stressful day,. 4 phone calls and no recompense for not getting the thing I paid for. If I pay up front for something, it doesn't seem unreasonable to be where I expected it. If it's not available, tell me. Don't mess me about.

I indicated the person the place where i wanted to drop off the truck he suggested a different location i told him it was too far and when i drop it of at my location he had me down for his location that he suggested so at my location they would not received the truck... very bad for business...

Express check in used but check in took 30 mins due to slow computers and internet. Attendants were apologetic and courteous for something due to no fault of their own.

The Uhaul employee was excellent and deserves a raise (seriously). He’s an asset to your business. Very helpful, knowledgeable and personable as well as upbeat while working on a Sunday. Again I believe a pay increase is deserved. The guy is bringing “return” customers to this specific U-Haul location.

As stated above the gas was under the 1/2 full mark. I returned the truck and the gas hand was touching the 1 on the 1/2 indicator. Also the gas hand frequently moves dependent upon the angle of the truck. Brandon, the sallies guy who would not provide me with his last name rudely comes out smoking a vape and insist that the gas was not half filled. I am a life coach and I train organizations and companies in the area of customer service. His demeanor and non communicative still was very unprofessional. My 23 year old son who sat in the car with the windows up while talking on the phone, immediately asked upon my return to my vehicle, “What was up with that guy?” That was from sheer observation. It wasn’t the worse experience but I hope I never have to deal with him or that particular u-haul if that is the culture.

My wife was waiting for about 4 hours we had rented a Truck and the auto transporter ,but they told me that I had to call a 800. # and reserve the HACH...after 3 hours calling being transfered several times , they finely told me she had to go to another location to pick up the auto transporter with the fucking HACH.....she is supposed to return the truck in Newark tomorrow at 5 pm but today this guy called me From Jersey City....trying to get the Truck today ...it's just a joke....holp I will never need to rent nothing from this CIA.....

I could not get good phone coverage to check out on line. Then when I called to get help, I was on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up. And then I found out afterwards that I was charge an extra fee for going over a certain amount of miles when I clearly asked about this when I made the reservation and when I picked up the truck.
