Michael L.There was no one on the site, I called the number they gave me and a person told me to leave the trailer next to the fence, yesterday I received an email saying that I had not delivered the trailer and asking me for the contract details. I would like to know if the delivered trailer has already been reported. It's was a total disaster
Humberto V.Again, U-Haul's online reservation system is pointless. I selected a return location that was close and convenient to my end location. Instead, my return location was changed to this one which ended up being a muddy tow lot. No one was there even though it was during their "open" hours. I was able to call someone and they quickly sent one of their tow truck drivers out to disconnect the trailer. I appreciated their responsiveness, however, it would have been much easier if U-Haul had kept my online selections.
