Nobody was there, no assistance. I like the way of doing things via electronics, but don't charge me for excess fuel cost when I return the vehicle with more fuel then I picked it up.

Shannon C.Gas station attendant was busy and not really engaged in me checking the truck back in. He never came to look at the truck to see if it was clean or gas was to 3/4 of a tank. Told me to take a picture of the mileage to prove miles and wrote mileage and fuel amount on a gas station receipt. Never provided any confirmation of turning in the truck. I did receive an email confirmation later that the truck was checked back in.
