I provided new payment information when I picked up the truck. For some reason that new information was not used. The result was the account which was used to reserve the truck; but was not to be used to pay for the rental, was shorted causing me overdraft fees. I contacted U-Haul to find out why the new payment information was not used as per my request. I was assured someone would be contacting me to fix the issue no one ever did. To add insult to injury I received a bill for a toll fee saying I owe them more money. I would not recommend them if they can't get basic payment information correct, and make things right when they make an error.

It was easy to find. It was not what I expected on the inside. There were no signs or any instructions. The gentleman at the desk was nice, and it was very quick. The truck was DIRTY when I got in it. I am a dude and normally don't notice or care, but this was bad enough where I actually made a comment about it. This looks like a very low cost operation (capital intensive I am sure with all those trucks I suppose) but you aren't obviously investing much in overhead. Clean the vehicles.

Staff very polite and friendly...even on a very busy, and hot day. They were waiting outside their office and checked me in as soon as I pulled up. Location is convenient and easily accessible. Facility could use a little TLC.

I only gave them 5 stars, because more was not offered. This location is fantastic, I arrived a little early, but when they opened, I was on the road with a trailer attached within 5 minutes. They were polite, helpfull, and went out of their way to make the experience pleasent.

We were charged double rate for a 24 hour rental. The drop off location was closed (gates were locked and no one answered the door or phone) when we returned the trailer and no one was there to check that the equipment had been returned. This business does not keep Sunday hours. We were told this when we picked up the trailer. The employee told us that the gate would be unlocked so we could leave the trailer. They were locked Sunday. None of our phone calls were returned either. My husband had to drive the trailer to another drop off location because he did not want to leave the trailer outside of the gate. The representative with U-Haul's 1-800 number instructed him to leave the trailer unattended at the original drop-off location, so it was. We never talked to any employee at this drop-off facility, and were not given any receipts or paperwork. Dray's Detailing then decided to file an unauthorized charge on our credit card. My husband went there to have it corrected and an employee lied and said he was there on Sunday and that we were late turning the truck in. My husband had tried to return the trailer on time, but the facility was not open (as stated above). The employee was very rude and said "call 1'800 go uhaul. you gotta do what you gotta do." Then I contacted the business in writing explaining the situation. The message I received in return was "we have surveillance cameras and can see you turned it in late. have a blessed day. call 1'800 go uhaul." I'm glad that you do have surveillance cameras. They will show that we were on time, and that the business was closed. It's a shame you have people like this representing your company. I am following up with your 1-800 number and this needs to be corrected immediately or I'm filing a charge-back with my credit card company for this fraudulent activity.

The representative was not present, and checked me out to the wrong truck originally, so I had to switch. Then he told me when I returned that he had put me in the wrong truck anyway. The truck had almost no fuel left in it when i got it, and the pickup process was an incredible hassle.

I got a call the morning I was scheduled to pick up the truck an hour and a half before my pick up time telling me that what I had scheduled (and confirmed verbally on the phone two times prior and received a confirmation text and email) was not available. I had already arranged for movers to come to move me out at the set time. The closest truck was an hour away and I had already been on the phone with Uhaul for two hours trying to sort out the situation. I lost the movers that were supposed to come to move me out and had no way of moving my stuff. Luckily, a man by the name of Walter saved the day and helped us sort out the problem. He refunded us for our trouble and also left a very apologetic voicemail. I do say the four times I had to call customer service and the scheduling committee, everyone I spoke with was very pleasant!

We have rented U-Haul truck for 20 hours from Friday 3 pm (July 6th, 2018) to Saturday 11 AM (July 7th). We have returned at 2 PM on Saturday. But on the receipt it is mentioned returning time as 4 PM. U-Haul rental location has charged us next day rental, insurance plus $50 as a cleaning fee. The truck was returned in very good Condition. No need for cleaning. When i asked the U-Haul rental rental place, they told me $50 was charged as inconvenience fee. I request you to resolve the issue.

Pleasant helpful and fast, Trailer was returned late so I had to pick up late, but well communicated and resulted in no issues Just a pickup location no equipment ( needed ball hitch, but Autozone close by Little dirt in trailer could have been swept out, but not really anything too bad

It was in a convenient location. The service attendant was friendly. The truck was in good condition and the rental went well. The only downside was that we had to wait about 20 minutes because we arrived at 0900 and no one was there.
