We arrived late in the day and dropped the trailer in their secure drop lot. Very clean, orderly, and professional location. Used the U-haul app to complete my return. it was very easy and quick.
Overcharged- AGAIN (no fault of the location- reservation made by phone)! I was quoted a very specific price because of the lack of availability and my credit card was charged $20 over that. I am so sick of dealing with Uhaul! Glad I am done moving. I will use ANY other available company in the future. Moving is stressful enough without dealing with this nonsense.

The owner would not make himself readily available until after we called corporate. Although our reservation was completely paid for in advance, and we had already checked online. We ultimately just needed the owner to give us the keys. After reporting it, he gave us a 15 min window to come back to the location, although we had been trying to obtain our truck for hours. After receiving our keys, we realized that the reason he had not been available was due to him being at church (literally across the street from the location). In between reporting this location and attempting to get the truck we reserved, we were sent to another location across town. When we arrived, there were no available trucks at that location. All of the incidents ultimately ran us behind 3 hours and a lot of gas spent back and forth to the locations. I do not usually complain, but this was a very bad experience. Especially considering that I paid for the reservation well in advance and even checked in ahead of time. We were never even given an apology.

We reserved our van online for 8am and I called ahead to make sure everything was in order for the van collection as they did not contact me 24 hrs ahead as stated when I booked. We got there a few minutes before 8 am and another customer was there too for pickup. The owner did not show up until 9am. We had four people waiting from 8:15am to Move our stuff at a rate of $30/person/hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So it cost us $120 to get the truck late!!!!! As they did not start until 9:15. The owner did not apologise it anything. This is no way to run a business. I would like compensation from uHaul for the out of pocket expenses.

Ordered a 10 foot truck two months ahead of rental time. Was to pick up from another, more convenient location. Was sent a verification the week before pick up that a 15 foot truck was waiting for me at this location instead. The man was helpful, but just told me verbally that the truck had 7/8 fuel in the tank and I needed to return it that full. I was given no contract to sign or anything on how to determine 7/8 full tank. It was around the 3/4 mark on the tank that I could tell. Please see comments on drop off for end of the story.

Get the billing right. The last 3 times I’ve used U-Haul (3 different locations) I’ve been charged for insurance coverage that I didn’t approve, nor accept. It’s just need added to my bill. I can’t seem to get anyone to correct it either. (Almost feels like theft)

I scheduled the truck rental approximately a week or so ahead of my move date. However, the truck pick-up could not be confirmed until 2 days before the move and then it was changed from my original preferred pickup location. This concerned me so I looked up the new location (Dray's) on their website. It stated the hours of operation as opening at noon, when I specified in my online reservation that I needed to pick up the truck no later than 8:30 a.m. I called U-Haul Customer Service, lady was very helpful and called the company to confirm that someone would be at this location to sign the truck out for me on my requested pick up dated and time. However, upon arrival at Dray's on Sunday, January 28th (a few minutes after 8 a.m.) I found the gate at the lot to be unlocked and keys in the U-Haul truck, but nobody on site. When I called U-Haul Customer Service for assistance I relayed this information to the representative on the phone, the gentleman place me on a brief hold they came back to say the person responsible for the lot was signed in as working and seemed to be at a loss for how to assist me. My phone call was placed on hold and transferred to other customer service representatives 3 or 4 times, thereby making me have to re-tell each person my situation with no resolution. The owner or worker at this location finally showed up about 8:45 a.m. and I had to complete the sign-out in the rain sitting in his car. VERY FRUSTRATING and not a good start for my first time using this service! The point of having online registration is to streamline the process for customers. However, there were too many last minute changes and uncertainties, especially when I had movers scheduled to begin loading at 9 a.m.

The guy was not at the physical location. on the call, clearly he was working another store because i could hear him with other customers. I didn't need his assistance to load trailer, but i did order a dolley. There were two visible in his trailer, but on the phone he said that he didn't have any, and he would delete it from the transaction and i could go to another store and get one. I didn't argue, just went along with it. Also, had a UHAUL certificate that i tried to apply to the cost. Dray said he was not set up to make that transaction and suggested i try to get a rebate from a main store.
