Even though there is a little blurb on the van that limits the price (19.95ish) it's not really noticeable unless you really look for it, same on the website. I was educated on why and a lower price given on mileage (150 miles estimated). I felt a little sorry for the person at the counter having to answer a bunch of questions from me!

Uhaul wanted to charge me more money. My receipt showed I was bringing it back on time but your system said I was 2 days late. Had I not kept the paperwork I would have been charged another $80.00.

There was no communication pertaining hours of operation for pick up and especially for dropping it off. It was well known we were returnng it at 4 on Sunday when they were closed. Thankfully a previous customer was there to assists us. Also, we were sent an email but because we were moving, no internet access and we did not check emails while moving. The drop off took well over 30 min because we did not know the procedure. I would not rent here again.

I forgot to refill the gas tank to half full before my brother and I returned it after hours. Is there a sign by the key drop off box to remind customers? This might be helpful because we were running around moving and trying to get him to the train station in time so I forgot and then it's pretty expensive after the fact.

I paid for a dolly I never recieved. This pick up location screwed up my billing which took an hour to correct upon drop off. Overall very unprofessional and unkowledgable. The staff at carrpac couldn't even answer simple questions.

Very frustrating experience that had nothing to do with the pick up location itself, but the changes that were made to my reservation: I had originally made a reservation (2 weeks in advance of my move) for a cargo van at a location that was not too far from my moving origin and a pickup time at 8 am. I was left a voicemail message 2 days before my move indicating that a cargo van was not available and that I would need to speak to a representative about options. The following morning I received an e-mail indicating that I had been given a free "upgrade" to a 10' truck, at a further location and the reservation time was made for 3 pm. So what can you do to improve for the next customer? Have the actual vehicle that the customer reserves available, or block it on the website. Keep the actually time and pick up location the same as when the customer makes the reservation.

Team at corrpac very professional, courteous, and efficient. Truck clean and well maintained. When I brought it back the check in process was very efficient. the young lady thoroughly checked the truck to ensure I returned it in good operational condition.

Location was fine and the staff person there was friendly and reasonable. There was a major mishap with the truck - transients had severed the gas line to siphon gas from it; when I went to refuel & pump gas in it there was a major spill which scared the xxxx out of me. No one's fault really - but they might consider better security for their equipment.

The directions were a little confusing. Like where to find the key of the truck, we had to go back and ask for clearer instructions.

There was some confusion when I went to pick up my reserved truck, ended up getting a different truck, and then there was confusion when I turned the truck in. Otherwise it was a great experience and I would go there again for sure.

Drop off had much wasted space from bad parking jobs. Had to move a trailer over to fit my truck in a slot. Other than that, best uhaul experience ever

When a customer asks for a 26' truck over 2 weeks in advance get it for them. We are so disappointed in U Haul for not getting us what we originally ask for. It is not our problem you do not need trucks in specific areas. We had to return it in another city to save $$. Which is ridiculous when it really was very inconvenient. If I could find another trucking company I would not use U haul for the leg of this move,
