Cargo area clean. But the upholstery on the seats was dirty. A vacuum might help vs. simply blowing it out with an air compressor. Also the mobile return is not simply a “one click of a button” to return’

Well Andrew was friendly but your systems where not working correctly took over 30 minutes to check out. Plus I was told I would get a credit of $19 dollars if I brought truck back with a quarter of a tank which I did. Plus when I tell you people what I am doing with your truck they might try and make sure I get the one to fit my job. Over was not impressed.

Overall good experience, the only thing we didn’t like is the person helping us made it seem like we were burdening them by bringing our truck in. the gentleman who was being helped before us wanted to leave his pickup at the location and the employee replied with “well if this truck didn’t come in you could have but since it did you can’t” and told that to the gentleman probably 5 times. made us feel bad for no reason and caused the other customer to feel like it was our fault.

Make sure that the trailer doesn't have any holes where water can come through. We went through a rainstorm and when we opened the back of the trailer, everything was wet!! CAUTION to all, the fine print says that the trailers are water resistant, not water proof!! VERY MISLEADING!!!

Fire the guy behind the counter. He was mean to two ladies before me and a jerk to me to. Vehicle was dirty inside and out and needed an alignment and tire balance. It was hard to hold on the road. Vehicle died while driving turnpike speeds 5 times. Told the guy when I returned it. He said (Well its here) and rented it to the lady waiting on one. I told her it had problems and he rented it to her knowing it. So I stood there to see if he was going to find her a different one. He told her if it broke down that they would reimburse repairs. She went somewhere else.

I dealt with the most unprofessional and abrasive person I have met in a customer service role. I have used U-Haul services before and NEVER felt as though I was done. I’m done. I would be happy to tell anyone that would listen. I may use another location, maybe. The General Manager of the location I rented from began by trying to sell my father products he “needed”. This was an absolute lie. He would not explain the needs without being vague and giving an air of lies. Then when we switched vehicles used for the towing service he argued with me that my truck would not be able to tow. He finally said he would check. He was wrong. My truck was more than capable of towing. He never apologized for the argument and when I tried to talk to him about why I was upset he literally said he didn’t care. I can’t believe that this is a general manager. I will proceed to leave this or a similar review anywhere possible.

This place is a JOKE. Avoid at all cost. I will never rent from this location again. ?? Mark Hartley at this location shouldn't be in customer service. Loathed dealing with him, it appears he hates his job and doesn't know how to treat customers. You better believe it that I'm taking my business elsewhere. Spending my money to put up with this crappy service and attitude are not worth the hassle or frustration. U-Haul at Yale Ave 3303 S Yale Ave Tulsa, OK 74135 -Rude staff. -Unfriendly. -Needs customer service training. -Overcharges. -They treat you like it's a hassle and you're disrupting their day. -Takes forever to complete the paperwork.
